I was hesitant to come to this store because I thought the prices would be higher since its not a big chain like Pet-Co or Pet Smart but they were actually cheaper for some things. I also have never talked to such knowledgeable staff. If you go and want to get the low down on the best cat food products then I would recommend talking to David because he took the time to not only explain to me why certain ingredients were important in my cats diets but also how the companies came to be and how they produce their foods. I would suggest that this is the place to shop if you want the good stuff for your animal loves.

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT customer service here! They know what I typically come in for, and they ALWAYS check stock in the back if its not on the shelf. I must say, Kyler makes my experience there absolutely phenomenal every single time! He is extremely personable, ALWAYS happy, and a wealth of information. I enjoy seeing everyone when I go, but I make sure I go on days Kylers working so I can see his smiling face! Keep up your excellent customer service you guys. I am now a life long customer because of this!!!!

They are not very informative here. I was sold rawhide and other junk food items without being told that they were unhealthy for my pet! I like their selection at the store but they do NOT GIVE GOOD INFORMATION. So go with phone in hand and research before you buy anything. Especially rawhide which turns out to be dangerous!

Great little store. Very competitive prices and a friendly & helpful staff to boot. If youre looking for a large selection of rawhide/pork bones for your dog, or a million different toys, youre better of shopping a larger store, but otherwise you cant go wrong here. Support small business whenever possible!

I was sold expired food. They took back the food but it was after I already fed it to my pets. They did clear their shelves of the item that they sold to me which all of the same item were expired as well.

They have the best prices in town and are always friendly. They have also stayed open for us when we ran out of food one night. They are very sweet to my 3 year old son too. Great selection and prices.
