I was referred to Cookies by a friend of mine who wouldnt stop trying to get me to try shopping there, "just once"! He would tell me about the owner and how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable he was - I finally stopped in one day, a bit skeptical - how good could a pet store be? Well my friend was right. The place is legit! I had some issues and questions regarding some medication and advice I had received from the other pet store in town - the owner of Cookies fairly quickly determined what the problem was, and he even offered to let me take home some of the products to try before I made a purchase - he also carries the same "limited ingredient diet" dog-food at a slightly lower price than anywhere else I have shopped. His selection of products is huge - Ive yet to go there and not be able to find what I needed. His selection of toys, foods, shampoos, flea treatments, etc - really seems to be the top of the line companies within each area. Hes been in the industry long enough and has enough experience dealing with the wholesalers and distributors to know which companies produce the highest-quality products. His pricing is great too. The store is set up such that you can bring your pet in, sit down on one of the chairs / sofas and play with Cookie (the owners dog), read the paper, or enjoy a cup of coffee and some conversation with Dan the owner. He has got to be the friendliest and most helpful small business owner Ive run into in Port Orchard. Its always a pleasure to do business with people who first and foremost are in business because its their passion first, bottom line second. I love Cookies, and now Im the guy bugging all of my pet-owner friends to go here ;). He also has a free discount card, which earns you a percentage of the purchase back for future credit - about every 3rd time purchasing dog-food, I get my pups wet-food for free because of the discount card. But really, I would shop here even if the prices were higher than the competition, because the service is so superior. Ive saved myself from several visits to the Vet because of Dans extensive knowledge and ability to advise the correct product, saving my little guy from the pains of experimenting with different flea treatments, shampoos, etc. The store also has against the back wall, a long row of individual bathing rooms for your pet - equipped with raised-floor showering booths, all of the shampoos, bathing tools, towels, etc. for bathing your pet - its a great deal and especially nice to be able to bring your dog home nice and clean and have no at-home mess to clean up. Bravo!

What a great little business! The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a HUGE selection. When I asked if they wanted me to pay for the baths ahead of time, they said to just pay after I make sure I was completely satisfied (I was). I brought my two dogs in for baths, and as someone who has worked as a professional dog bather/groomer I have to say I was very impressed. The set up was excellent, providing you everything you needed in wonderful condition, and more importantly the station is very safe for your pets. Even though I didnt need it, the owners were very happy to teach you how to use each grooming component and take you step by step through the entire process. Overall, what I thought could be a stressful experience was very easy & I felt very comfortable taking my dogs here. Cookies impressed me a lot & I recommend it to all my friends, hope to see you guys around for a long time! Port Orchard has needed a high quality pet store!

This is the most fun place to take your pet and to get your pets needs met. They have a friendly atmosphere where your own pet is always special and welcome to join you in the shopping and grooming experience. We got our pet through Chew rescue when they were having a rescue dog show at Cookies on a Saturday. The groomers are friendly, knowlegable, professional, and patient even with difficult pets. They have the best selection of safe and healthy pet foods available any where and do not carry questionable brands. There is also a very large selection of pet friendly toys and other needs such as grooming tools and training tools.We LOVE Cookies Pet Corner& Wash!

Love this place!! My basset Hound loves coming over, we see Sheila every weekend to get his nails done and he loves her! I used to take him to the vet to get his nails done, one time I went with him in the back room and I was horrified! he was crying and howling! 2 people hold hold him down! My dogs are normally good with nails unless they are in pain, I had night mares and felt so guilty, so I took a grooming class and does my dogs nails instead,, Now theres Cookies pet corner! my life is so much easier, ! there is also the no anesthetic dental cleaning is awesome for my old dogs, and the bath facilities for multiple dog owners!

Cookies is a great place to take care of your dogs bathing needs! They have a nice, friendly atmosphere with roomy facilities to wash your pet. I was able to take my two medium sized dogs, son and myself and the accommodations allowed us all to be in the same room. Pricing is very reasonable and they have a nice selection of products. I highly recommend this place if you dont want to use your home facilities, for short notice pet bathing needs or between groomings.

This is a great place! Our Labrador hates baths and hates being left to be bathed. WE tried Cookies Dog wash and were so pleased. The shampoos, towels, dryer and other accessories helped us to easily get him cleaner than ever! The tubs are easy for a dog to walk into and tethers are provided to help keep a wiggly dog still. A great idea and the best place we have ever found to clean our dog!

Cookies is a great place to go for dog and cat supplies. Their customer service is fantastic! The people that work there are helpful and knowledgeable. They care about pets. It is the best place to take your dog for a bath. The bathing rooms are wonderful--easy to get in and out of, everything you need for bathing your dog is within reach, and they even supply the shampoo.

Best pet store in town, for dogs and cats. Their selection is great, and packed with high-quality foods, toys, and other supplies. If you go while Cookie is on duty, give her some scritches! If you do a good job, shell follow you around trying to get more.

Great selection of pet supplies; everything you would need for a happy, healthy animal. However helpful it is to offer a self service dog washing facilities, they have strict rules for how clean to leave the rooms after washing a big and hairy animal.

Clean and friendly. My dog felt welcome here. This is a self grooming facility with a nice selection of pet supplies. Anesthesia free teeth cleaning is offered here one day a month. "Cookie" is a pug who hangs out in the store.
