I dont often shop here as alot of the pet products are over priced and can be found cheaper at PetSmart. I do thogh buy organic dog food here as its the only place in town tgat carries dog food without corn or wheat which alot of dogs develop allergies to. The last time I went in the clerk was getting very hands on with my dog. She threw him to the floor a couple times anf i told her to stop. Said shes a dog trainer. Im sorry but no decent dog trainer is going to throw a dog to the floor. Then as I tried to leave she still tried to do it. So im very hesitant ib going back. Good place though for organic food and treats

I highly recommend this store I love the people there they help me with all my needs,I was looking at cat toys the guy with flowers in his hair helped me with those that was nice .He was super nice you usually dont find honest nice people like that anymore.So thank you to all you who work at the Hawks praire location is appreciate everyone of you

Wonderful customer service. Wonderful people!! I went in there not knowing what to do for my little man. And they did everything in there power to help me out. Today my little man is so healthy and happy. I just want to thank the crew and that I will never get my dog food anywhere else!!

Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. I buy all my products here, as the prices are very good. It helps that my cat boarding business and home are under 5 minutes away, just in case I need supplies quickly! I depend on this because their business hours are excellent too.

Very helpful people. I love that this company vets who they carry and makes sure they are a healthy option for your pets. They have tons of samples so you can find the right food for your pet and even have raw options. Great prices and a nice selection of toys and accoutrements.

I love this place. The staff is great and is always so nice to help me with my enormous bags of dog food by carrying them out to my car. They have all the best brands of dog food and I found they had comparable prices to all the big retailers!

My dog and cat refuse to get their pre-made food anyplace but Mud Bay; and my cat refuses cat litter thats not from Mud Bay. And I like the staff that bends over backwards to make sure we have everything we want. Thank you, Lacey Mud Bay!
