Apparently their associates dont care enough about customers dogs to be concerned about their paws getting burned. Yesterday it was 93 degrees and people were outside BSing with an associate in the parking lot, in the sun, on the black top, with their dogs. Fyi if you cant walk barefoot on the ground without it hurting neither can your dog! Or if you cant leave your hand on the pavement for 5 min without it hurting, its too hot. Im a vet tech and have seen so many injuries. But people just dont seem to care i guess. Good luck torturing your animal.

I like this petco because it is rather new so they layout of the store and salon are nicer than older stores. I took my dog for a bath the other day and he was not checked in with the "seven point pet care" and upon picking him up he got no treat bag, he was still damp and shedding. Prices are high but they always have cool sales and coupons. I love petco but maybe next time ill bathe my dog myself.

The guinea pig I bought for my daughter died one day after purchase. It was having severe diarrhea and sounded like it was in pain. Im angry with PETCO and its suppliers for raising and housing this little animal in filthy conditions. Guinea pigs are naturally hearty animals and stay healthy if not overcrowded and kept clean. This animals condition is unacceptable Petco!

Staff and management are professional and helpful. The groomers are friendly and care for the animals. They provide wonderful service and listen to you the customer. The staff and management does what it can to make sure all questions are answered and that you get the best price. Also if have an issue with a product, they do what they can to replace or reimburse you.

Now that they have staff that is helpful and curdius to customers Id say that theyre have decent salt water stock and decant fresh water stock for beginner fish tank keepers wish they would get better veryity . and never trust staff that tells u they can order u pacific fish I found that it never happens !

The groomers are very nice. Most of the workers are great. The management could be more helpful and consistent. Their training program would get 5 stars. Some of the products the sell there are total crap and overpriced.

Danielle is our dog trainer and she is wonderful. She has done wonders with calming down our lab. The groomers are spectacular. They went the extra mile on everything and our baby came out beautiful!! Thanks guys!!

seems to be extremely overpriced at this location and i have been buying lights for my leopard geko that last about 1 week and burn out. this location just has the feel of an overpriced convenience store

The customer associates are always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. There prices are reasonable and the fact you can order online and pickup at the store is very convenient. Prefer them over PetsMart.
