I went into Fluffy and Floyds today to get a couple grooming tools for my dogs. Both employees were incredibly nice and very helpful as soon as I walked in. When I finally picked the two tools I wanted at checkout the price sounded several dollars over what I had expected. I showed the employee where I got it and it was clearly marked at the lesser price along with several others on the same hook. Apparently the items were mismarked. The employees sold it as marked without any arguing at all even though the marked price was substantially lower than the actual price. I would definitely shop there again and their employees have GREAT customer Service. Thank you Happy customer

I love this shop it is nice to have a local pet shop in Tumwater but add in the wonderful staff and it just makes it haven. They have been watching my latest puppy grow and they are always are happy to see us. Prices wise they are right with the other little local shops. Obviously a little more then say petco or PetSmart but Fluffy & Floyd has different more unique things and better quality of items and brands. We also like that they are a huge supporter of local rescues! Check them out for adoption weekends.

Horrible. Wish I could give negative stars. Gave them a try several times and never got decent customer service. The last time I went to return something that broke before it was used and the employees were new and didnt know how to do a return. In fact they didnt even know the stores policy so I had to come back the next day when the owner was there. She was very rude and said she had an all new crew. Who runs a business this way? I dont know how shes stayed open this long.

Today was my first time there, and I gotta say, I was very impressed. Love the people working there. Love the products that they are selling on their shelves. The store looked clean and was organized well. Some of the prices were lower that what you would find at the big stores like Pet-co and Pet-smart. The training area and grooming salon also looked very clean and professional. My puppy and I will be visiting there again soon.

I love this store AND the people that work there. I always am greater with a happy smile and asked if I need a y help. I dont expect someone that works in a pet store to be all knowing and understand if there are things she cant help with. I love the store and the owner is awesome.

Nice store with a good selection of natural pet food. The store also has a self service dog washing center and dog and puppy training classes.
