Helpful and friendly staff, good selection, and connected well to their other locations. I always love coming here when I need pet supplies, when I am in the area before closing time. Otherwise, I highly recommend their Salem stores. This store is a bit more rurally focused, with more items for large animals and a less retail-style experience as opposed to their Salem locations, but still lovely and plenty of selection for suburban pets.

The employees in the store are very knowledgable, and I havent encountered one that hasnt been very nice to me. They carry a wide selection of pet supplies, from food to toys. And for a large variety of pets. They always offer me a money back guarantee if I am not satisfied with a purchase. And I believe in supporting our local economy.
