Total waste of time going to this store . My first visit I was thinking well OK? maybe these guys (employees)are new to retail.. Walked out after no one helping or even asking if they could be of help, Yes I did ask and they didnt carry what I was looking for but so much time could have been saved with help to start with... So again I thought to give petsmart a try and once again employees too busy chatting it up to pay any attention to a customer (I was the only one there) so again I leave just to buy what I need else where

Totally agree with the previous reviews. They have very little to offer an average aquarist. Staff was too busy doing absolutely nothing to even inquire whether they could be of assistance. I have worked in retail, customer service, and marketing for 40 years and I must wonder how this store can engender any profit except for their ridiculous prices...

Was a little skeptical and had a lot of questions but they answered them all and I felt confident taking my fur baby there. Was just going for a shampoo and nail trim but opted for the upgrades, the prices were reasonable!! Everyone was nice and they took good care of my fur baby!! Definitely will be going back!!

Small store, so they have limited items for sell. I suggest calling to confirm they have what you are looking for, so you dont drive down and figure out its out of stock or not carried after you arrive. Besides that the manager and staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help.
