My puppy stayed with them during the New Years holiday this past year. They took very good care of her as she had been with us since she was 2 weeks old and we have only left her in a kennel ONCE before. When we got her back, she was very excited to see us and didnt appear to be abused in any way. (I think the workers were glad that we came to get her though - as she is a very spoiled pup.) Another time, my husband and I went to the coast and while our puppy is not riding well in cars, we decided to leave her at the kennel for the day. However, our time slipped away and we werent able to make it back before they closed so we called and asked if it was ok that our puppy stay the night with them and we would be there first thing in the morning to get her - they said that it was no problem. When I asked how she was doing, they informed me that she was playing well with the other guests in their hotel - I was completely satisfied. We have NEVER had a problem leaving Gracey at their hotel. Of course our dog doesnt like staying anywhere where we are NOT, but when we get her back, she is never dehydrated, abused, shy, or anything! When we get her back, she always appears to be the wild, happy puppy that we left there. We appreciate this place as it is convenient when we have no other alternatives and we dont want to leave our dog unattended when we know we will be away from her at hours at a time. Thank you, Pet Hotel! You have come to our rescue many more times than expected!

We took our dogs here twice. The first time I paid in advance, then when my wife went to pick them up, She had to pay in order to receive the dogs. When we went back to get reimbursed, they credited my debit card and all was good. That night I got a call of suspicious activity on my card and my bank account was drained. Got a call from the Albany Animal Bed N Beauty Pet Hotel that they had a virus on there debit machine and that we needed to pay them again. My bank account had been closed and all the problems happened after we took the dogs there and paid them with the debit card (this is from the bank, not me). We tried them one more time and was told the price. When we came to get the dogs, the price had jumped by $30. we were told there was an extra fee to pick up in the afternoon. When we made the arrangements, all we were told was to have them picked up by 5 pm. They didnt say anything about an extra fee to pick them up latter. The $30 price was the amount they alleged we owed from the previous experience. they just say my wife is wrong and that we owe them the money. Then they give my info to somebody calling to give me a free pet photo. They DO NOT keep their clients info safe and they give it to other people who will call you and try and get you to buy other services! Go to RIVERS EDGE THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

My dog LOVES this place! I was hesitant to bring her anywhere because of some behavioral issues, however with the busy schedule I have - I needed something. Now anytime I say "Pet Hotel" my baby gets excited as she runs around the house waiting for me to put the leash on. She is excited to go and sad to leave even though she still misses Mommy. The staff have been EXCELLENT in receiving her and taking care of her. I have no worries in leaving her in their hands - I just miss her. :)

My dog Wren who was a Cocker spaniel 17 years old went to the pet hotel for haircuts for at least 12 years maybe more. He also stayed there when we went on vacation. He always was excited to be there and loved the gals who looked after him! Now we have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who has gone for his haircut so far only once, but he looked great when he was finished and now has his second appointment coming up. We wouldnt trust anyone else!! they are great!!

We were happy after our puppys first short stay of 4 days in Oct. 2015. However, in March 2016 she stayed for a week and came home with lacerations to her face and belly, a torn dew claw, and a torn shoulder ligament. We believe she was not supervised well towards the end of her stay and she was clearly injured by another dog. We dont feel like we can trust them with our pet in the future.

My dog Precious loved staying there we took her there twice for 2 weeks while went back home to Hawaii for vacation to see the family. Picked her up and she was her same healthy self. She has now passed away after being with us for 10 years. Now we have a new pup and we will be going to Disneyland in Dec. we will be bringing our little Koa there too now.
