Good selection, just dont expect good customer service. Weve been coming here for a year, and weve never been offered assistance and any questions are met with reluctance and rudeness. The last straw was when I parked in the last spot in the parking lot marked "customer parking only" An employee came up behind us and yelled that this lot was for employees only (despite 3+ signs visibly proclaiming otherwise) and proceeded to block us in. When we were checking out we told the cashier and we were brushed off...so we went to lunch and waited for the person to move. I ended up having to go back inside. I explained again that we were blocked in , and would they please ask their employee to move....they reluctantly dealt with the issue. Park in the back lot at your own risk as the employees have claimed it as their own. Itd be nice if theyd put up some new signs to that effect.

Don and his staff go the extra mile to ensure your shopping is done in a friendly and efficient manner. They also have a good supply of fish for sale as well as bird kennels and sales. Add to all that the genuine care they give to everyone and you will soon be saying Petco who? In this age of urban sprawl and mega stores, Riverton Feed and Pet County Store has the edge. And the prices are often better than those big store. Forgot which pet food you bought last time? No problem, they will gladly search their computer and tell you. Now thats service. Go there and see for yourself. You will be pleased with what you find.

This place is simply the best. First of all, its huge! They seem to have just about everything you could possibly need - and if they dont, theyll order it and give a call when it comes in. Second, the staff is really terrific. From the folks on the floor who know a ton about the products, to the cashiers who can look up things you purchased in the past, to the guys who help load the big and heavy items in your vehicle, they are great. Finally, the prices are really good. They have a club program and if you buy enough stuff, it pays for itself.

If youve never been to a feed store, I would start here. Whether youre looking for the most off the hook pet food brands, or bulk bird seed for your backyard feeder, it can all be found here. The place is super clean, the staff takes helpful to new levels and the prices seem sound. Their selection of pet foods is like nothing youve ever seen. Even if youre not looking for anything in particular, the place is just fun to walk around. And if you have kids, bonus when they have baby chicks for sale.

Love this place! Everyone is always very helpful & knowledgeable about the products & animals. Plus they have great deals, if you get theyre discount card it pays for its self like right away. Im not bank rolling so its nice that this local business still offers best deals in town.
