the store its self its great I personally just dislike the grooming center. Its a reasonable price however I took my dog there twice and both times they ended up hurting her. The first time they mentioned she ha a small cut in her ear but when I finally saw her she was actually missing a piece of her ear. I was upset but things happen. I gave the place another shot months later and the second time I took her they didnt even mention the cut two of her nipples off! I was furious when I found out and I never went back. Both times theyve hurt my pet and failed to mention it. I will not risk them hurting her again.

I dont care if it IS a chain; the people there are pet LOVERS and theyre fantastic! Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. We bought a small animal and they were full of advice -- even what NOT to buy -- pointing out a less expensive but better-suited play toy for my new critter. Theyll have my business as long as this level of service and pet enthusiasm continues.

They may be hard to find sometimes but everytime Ive come in they are always very friendly, remember my name and ask about my animals. They are very knowledgable about what they are doing. Id highly recommend them if you are trying to buy a new animal, or if you just got a kitten or puppy.

Their products are expensive. Ive found the same products cheaper at PetSmart and also Petco Betta fish are always sick.
