We walked into the store ready to purchase a designer watch. The Asian gentleman behind the counter stood reading his magazine for approximately five minutes looking right at me. He never approached us to assist us. To make matters even more interesting there was a Caucasian lady behind the counter with him who also made no effort to assist us. The watch we wished to purchase was $3800. If the store pays their employees on commission they should possibly hire someone who is hungry for the commission. Eventually I simply walked over to another representative in the store and advised the lady we will be taking our business somewhere else, and explained why. If anyone from the store happens to take time and read this there is something that you should always remember. If you have to ask how much it costs, more times than not, you cannot afford it. For the record, I never asked how much it costs, I only asked to be shown the item I was going to purchase. Poor customer service is an understatement.

I tried to buy a necklace and custom bezel for a coin. The salesperson I spoke to told me that the chain would be around $100, and the custom bezel would be around $100. The chain (which was bought in the store that same day) ended up being $200, and the bezel ended up being $280. I understand the prices were only quotes. But giving me quotes that were significantly lower than the actual price (including on items that were in the store) ultimately wasted my time. For anyone going here, understand the employees are there to sell the jewelry that is in the case. Dont expect them to give expert appraisals. If youre trying to find something uncommon, look somewhere else.

Over several years I have purchased watches, rings ,earrings and necklaces at Ben Bridge. Apart from there amazing selection of jewelry and fine watches the reason that I keep coming back is because of my personal jeweler Judy Park. Whenever I come in either to purchase or drop off for a cleaning or service Judy always greats me with a warm smile. Her vast knowledge and attention to detail will keep me coming back. Also there watch maker always does a fine job servicing and fixing my time pieces at a reasonable price. When its time to treat yourself or a loved one go to Ben Bridge in Bellevue Square and ask for Judy.

Customer service there was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I am never going back to this location. I asked for assistance regarding bands because I am interested in changing the band on my engagement ring. The salespersons exact words were "If I dont know what brand you want, I cant help you." I then mentioned that I had come in before and someone had showed me a set that I was highly interested in purchasing and she said "We each have thousands of customers. There is no possible way we can remember any of them." The salespeople at Ben Bridge Alderwood were so much nicer. Go to the Alderwood location, NEVER Bellevue Square!

My sister and I were looking for 18k gold jewelry to go with her new upgraded wedding ring set. We shopped around Bellevue and came to Ben Bridge inside the mall and were not impressed with the staff. We were really put off by the stuck up answers we got when we asked a few questions about pearls. We didnt really know much about pearls, so we asked what were the differences in quality are as well as what is Ben Bridges standard? Our answer "There is a great difference, and all you need to know is that Ben Bridge only carries the best! quality" needless to say, I found this answer unsufficient.

My fiance and I went in to look at wedding bands and the salesman was aggressively manipulating her to pressure us into getting the most expensive bands saying that "only gold bands are an expression of love" and "guys married for 30+ years wear gold bands". Then when that wasnt working, he started to shamelessly lie to our faces saying that "gold is the only metal that can have scratches polished out of it." This is probably the sleaziest, most dishonest jewelry store I have ever been to.

My watchband broke and the manager helped me out and repaired it for free. I had to wait for him to finish with the customer before me, but then his focus was entirely on me as he repaired and adjusted the band. I was just stopping by in the area and thrilled to have it fixed while I waited, since I didnt have time to leave it overnight.

Took in jewelry for routine repair, only to have the work botched--twice times in a row, as I had to keep returning it to them and have them redo it. Unheard of carelessness and inattention to detail. Avoid like the plague; plenty of other jewelers in Bellevue.

Do not shop or even attempt to go into this store. Unless you walk in with money hanging from your mouth, they (Stacey) will treat you like s#*+. Save your money and go to a different store where youll be treated like a human being.

Best watch selection of any jeweler in the area.
