Beware of T Mobile They look right in the eye and lie to you & tell you will “only” pay $49.99 per month Unlimited / Unlimited / Unlimited / “WELL let me tell you”! Right now STAY AWAY FROM T Mobile! My contract I was told was going to be $99.00 plus tax for 2 lines (The Family plan)& I have another line at $49.99 per month Unlimited / Unlimited / Unlimited / So I get a bill this month of $231.73 when in fact it was supposed to be $150.00 plus tax. And they look you right in the eye & tell I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do about your dispute EVEN IF YOU SPEAK TO CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!!!!

Awful service. They dont know what they are selling or what they have in stock. All I wanted to All I wanted was to upgrade my phone and they let me wait over an hour to call customer care to fix something that they could fix themselves. They had the worst attitude I have ever seen. I couldnt believe it. I will never come here again. They really didnt care about my problem. They were not concern about my problem at all.

Went to the T-Mobile store today and had a great experience (all 4 members of my family) with Alphonso P a recent transplant from LA and a new member of T-Mobile Decatur team. Alphonso was well informed, patient and professional. Its a tall order to make my husband, teenagers and me happy; but he pulled it off! Nice job Alphonso and thank you T-Mobile.

Mr. Alfonso Pinzon at the Decatur Square location was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. He took time transferring contacts, pictures and movies to my new phone. He made what couldve been a long, drawn out experience very pleasurable. Id be more than happy to stay with T-mobile another 14 years simply based on this visit.

Maybe you have to walk in and yell I need help. Even when Ive been to other stores Ive gotten at least a "hello" or "Ill be with you in a minute" we stood in the store for almost ten minutes while the only acknowledgment we received were stares.

The WORST customer service experience you can ever have! I have been to this store twice, and my second visit was just as horrific as the first. I beg you...go up the road. Life is too short to deal with this foolishness!
