I usually follow reviews, so when I saw the good reviews I assumed this location would be worth the drive. I called ahead and asked if they had the specific Blackberry I needed. They had one left, so I gave my name and information to hold it and let them know that I would be there that afternoon. I arrived that afternoon to find a packed store with 3 sales reps and no management (unless one of them had the title minus the know-how). It seemed disorganized, so I asked the customer waiting ahead of me if there was a ticket system, sign-in, or just the line. He said just a line, so 15 minutes later when the sales rep used a sign in sheet to call the next person, he (the customer) left disgusted. I signed in, and then settled in for a 90 minute wait. I watched the disorganized group of sales people manage to screw up on the sign-in sheet several times, skip ahead to customers they knew, waste time chit chatting, and ignore at least 3 guests that gave up and walked out. I assumed it was worth the wait, since my phone was waiting on me. Then, my name finally got called, only to see that the phone I had on hold was being sold to the customer ahead of me. I could have accepted going to another location, but by the time they got to me it was 7:45 PM and the closest location was closing at 8 PM. If holding the phone was something that they couldnt do, letting me know that up front would have been simple and I wouldnt have had a problem rearranging my schedule, but to tell me one thing, make me wait close to two hours (total time 1:45) and then sell the phone I had on hold in front of me because they were out of the 3 phones the other customer had originally asked for, that was just ridiculous. If your time is valuable, find a different location or a better company.

T-Mobile is the worst!!!! The McDonough location is horrible, the wait time is unbearable, the store is very ghetto. For starters, there was loud rap music playing with curse words in the lyrics. Who allows this. Its not an urban clothing store. The staff will take their time in acknowledging you, and once you are waited on, they talk amongst themselves about what they are doing that night, the next "kickback" or barbecue all while answering your questions. The staff is not properly trained and when I returned to pick up my warranty covered device, I was told by another associate who wasnt too sure (think deodorant), that I would have to pay $175.00 because there was a hairline stratch. The hairline stratch had absolutely nothing to do with the internal problem according to the musty representative. I mentioned that the phone had not been dropped and the rep had not mentioned it before. She stated that she would send a text to all staff because I should have been told differently. Im just done with them, this incident takes the cake. There have been other unprofessional incidents in the past. Im going to switch to another carrier, actually I just did. But, I had to let you know that the T-mobile on Jonesboro Road in McDonough, Georgia is ghetto, slow, unprofessional. The staff is all black which is sooooo unfortunate, I am a black woman. We have got to do much better. On a scale of 1-10, I would rank this particular store a -1.

I went to T-Mobile on a mission to make some changes with my plan. Lindsey was very understanding and tried her best to make sure I got everything I wanted at a good price. Ally on the other hand was very aggressive and basically wouldnt take no for an answer. I ended up spending a full 3 hours at this store, half that time repeatedly trying to explain to Ally why I didnt want a plan because she wouldnt take the first three nos as an answer. Overall, I would have given this T-mobile location at least a 4 if Ally wasnt being so aggressive. However, if you ever visit this location, ask for Lindsey. Also I would recommend not going around closing time, your wait time goes from 5 minutes to at least 20-30 minutes.

I have gone into this T-mobile store numerous times. The last time I went in, which was over a year ago, I said I would never go back again. Well, I NEEDED T-mobile this morning, so I had to go in and I regret it. The fact that they could not do what I asked to be done is not my issue; its the customer service there. If a service cannot be given, then I feel the workers should at least be apologetic or sympathetic toward the customers, esp. when I am not being irate and am being truthful with them. There are concessions that can be made, but if not, at least let me know that you care about my service and business. (Sadly, I have encountered a female each time I have had an issue.)

I have been a T-Mobile customer since 1997, and received the worst customer service from this branch that I have ever seen. Apparently they are only there to get paid by commission, and not by the hour. I need a micro-sim to use a new phone and a) got charged for it, b) never got a receipt for the purchase! Woman behind the counter sounded like she was doing me a favor by being able to sell me this sim card (I have had one overnighted to me overseas free of charge - thank you T-Mobile) and was seemingly distraught that I bought a Nexus 4 directly from Google rather than her.

Dont go to this store a complete waste of time. store manager refused to exchange my 7 Plus well within buyers remorse period. He said he can do it but doesnt feel like it. Went to another tmobile and they swap the phone out with no issues. If you call this store inquring about a jump or upgrade and ask for the phone while literally outside the store they will say Yeah! we have that varient in stock. But walk in and ask for a exchange they will say sorry we dont have that color or or GB instock. Sharde and Lezet are awsome just dont ask to speak to Dionel hes a sociopath

I purchased a refurbished ipad from this store and they didnt have it in stock so I paid for it at the store and it was delivered. I ended up returning it but they didnt want to accept it at the store and told me to call customer service for a return. Customer service provided a shipping label with a tracking number. Now after over a month with many calls to customer service I still havent received a refund and the all I get from the store is a smile and shrug.

I love coming to this location. The staff is very genuine and outgoing. Everyone has an awesome personality and are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been coming to this store for over a year and I wont go to any other store. The staff goes the extra mile to help resolve any issue I have had. The music makes me feel at home. Great representation of the company and brand!

When stopping by this T-Mobile store, expect a wait without an appointment. Yet with this staff its worth the wait, or even to make an appointment. Knowledgeable Staff with promptly service of your needs. I always get great customer service at this location. Docked one star becauseover all outside of this location, T-Mobile service still needs a world of improvement.
