I was told they could transfer a line. When it came time to do so I walked in to be told they cannot. I will have to drive to lansing or call corporate. I called corporate who stated the store can help me. I walk in and they cannot. I call corporate who states the paperwork can be done online. I complete the paperwork. My next bill is the same as the previous without the change being made despite a confirmation email. I call corporate who states the paperwork was never completed, upon research it was completed the previous month!! Phone calls are made to all parties and finally straightened out. They cannot be trusted. They lie in store and at corporate. I was also sent a free signal booster due to dead spots on my house. I was told it was free. Upon delivery, the paperwork informs that there will be a $140 fee if the unit goes unused for a dis inclosed amount of time (hours? Months?). The unit must be returned unused, undamaged to not receive this free, there is a $30 processing fee for returns. That is not free! I was told a smart phone did certain things. Upon getting it home I found it did not. Within the hour I decided to return it, because they were closed I returned it the next day. I was unable to return the phone without paying the $30 fee despite the fact that I asked if it did something and was told by a sprint employee that it did when in reality it did not. SPRINT IS A LYING FRAUD

Bad customer service. Unprofessional. Was verbally attacked by service technician under the guide of his boss told him to. Go elsewhere. Rude representatives. The associate "Brett" leveled an old review I wrote, against me personally, in a very negative and hostile way. After several games and run around stories about the insurance, I finally got my device back after almost a month? Very Unprofessional. Go to another sprint store. The guys in charge are rude. And the lower workers are only doing what they are told. But last I knew, in a retail environment you get a bad review you ask: "what can I do to make your experience with us better?" NOT: "HOW DARE YOU WRITE A BAD REVIEW. get out of here and dont come back" Someone needs to teach you kids how retail works.

I have been trying to resolve a date/time software issue on my phone since AUGUST 21. Each customer service rep at this location has treated me unfairly and ignored my issue. The manager Sean promised to call me back and I never received a call. His boss hung up on me after I demanded to know why my issue was never acknowledged. My phone is still under warranty and all I need to do is have a replacement phone ordered. WORST customer service I have ever received. Do yourself a favor and make the drive somewhere else if you need any help from a sprint store. The young frat-looking guys running and working this store have no idea how to resolve an issue and because of their neglect and mismanagement I have had an unusable phone for 28 days. STILL NO RESOLUTION even after two trips to the store.

Came to this store when our contract was up to see if we wanted to continue our service with Sprint, or if it was time for a change. After a BOGO deal for two new phones we decided to stay with Sprint and take advantage of the deal. Paid $600 in store, to fix two cracked screens, a couple accessories and walked out of the store thinking everything was up to date and our bill would be the new lower price they quoted us. Sadly two weeks later our bill was $495. Called the store, spoke with the female. She took some limited info and stated she would return our call. Never happened, waited all weekend and finally had to call them again. Still no answers, and getting the run around. To be continued I guess... My advice, dont give this store any money directly.

Normally I do not have a problem with this store or this staff but my son had a recent visit that has me very discouraged. On August 16th, 2016 he took his phone in to be fixed...He explained the several problems he was having. He knew he could pay $200 for a phone replacement but the tech suggested something else that only cost $127.20. We believed that the phone had been fixed. However, he was back again on October 11th, 2016 with his phone not working and having some of the same issues as in August. In this visit they charged him another $158.99 to get a replacement phone. I am furious that in a matter of less than two months he had to spend $286.19 to get a phone that will work.

The term 4g is not a standard. They use it to describe speed. They will not tell you how fast it is. Spring "data plans" put a speed limit on you after x amount of data. The speed limit is called 2g. 2g is also not a standard. So the kids in the store do not know what they are selling you or how sprint punishes you for ussing too much data. When you buy gas, electricity, home internet, lumber, food...... You know what you get. Be it $/gallon, $/lb whatever. Sprint or any cell phone provider does not promis anything in exchange for the money you give them. Food for thought.

Pathetic service! Biggest fraud third party store that exists! Stay away!!!! They make changes to your plan without your authorization then leave it up to you to try and resolve through sprint fraud. Which I am doing. Extremely disrespectful and not professional. Me, "Have the manager call me back." The guy who answered my call, "I can take your number and he MIGHT call you back." PATHETIC. PATHETIC. RUDE. DISRESPECTFUL. DEGRADING PERSON! The store manager, Erin Hanson, said I was derogatory. SERIOUSLY???????? They never called me back so whos professional here?!?!?!!!! Idiots!

Went to this store since I was in the area and Sprint had a ticket in to get my battery tested. Very polite courtesy staff. stated I would have to leave my phone for an hour. Fine with that. Went to lunch came back an hour and a half later. And they had not done a battery check or virus check (like I had asked) they looked at the port and said "you see that fuzz in there? That is a sign of water damage" so I asked so there is nothing wrong with the battery well we did not check that water damage does crazy things on these new phones... REALLY????!!!!!

WORST STORE EVER! I would never recommend going to sprint or ever dealing with the people that work there! They are nothing but liars and are very rude! Go else where and get a phone service that is good and worth your money and where people treat you decent. Even calling sprint through customer service is just as bad and you get no where! There is always different people working there and never the same person when you go in there to pay a bill or try to get your junk phone fixed! Save your time and money and dont go there.

So far i am extremely happy with the customer service i have recieved. Hubs and i pre ordered the note 7. Since weve gotten our phones our rep, mike, had gone above and beyond with making sure we are happy and taken care of. My hubs and i both acknowledge the fact that the issue with the note 7 is a samsung matter over a sprint matter. So the fact that mike has done so much on his end, is amazing and extremely appreciated. I hope he never leaves sprint because as long as hes there i will always go to him.
