THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! !!!! I am only writing this review because I am a published childrens author and know and believe in value of customer service.my book is called The First Adventures of Captain Choco Chip and the Attack of Evil Professor Lit. I am not saying that to promote myself. I just sincerely do not want you to spend your money with CPR CELL PHONE REPAIR, there is an alternative called In and Out Smartfix. They are right down the street from CPR and are wonderful!!! They even cleaned up all the damages the tech at cpr made to my phone and didnt charge me extra!! Trust me! I would not lie.... 4805 Briarcliff Road NE Atlanta GA 30345 and they are CHEAPER, BETTER, AND USES GENUINE OEM REPLACEMENT PARTS. Cpr are crooks. I brought my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to CPr Monday even after seeing bad/good reviews nevertheless, I wanted to experience for myself. My phone needed a replacement screen. The old one cracked. They charged me $249.99 on Monday and said itll be fixed Wednesday of the same week. Cool, great.... Wednesday comes, I called to get a status for me to pick up the phone. the Manager/repair man (black guy, long hair, somewhat buff) picked up and said "sorry in the midst of me fixing your phone I f**** up and broke the new screen, so well have to wait until Friday for our next shipment, because I paid for a new replacement screen out of my own pocket." Ok ... mistakes happen. No problem. Ill wait. Friday Comes..... The Manager says "Sorry man i know i told you friday, but your screen wasnt on the friday shipment, so youll have to wait until Tuesday." I told him i cant wait that long because I have customers that calls me. He said, "If you want a refund, thats no problem. All Im asking for is a little patience." I said Ill think about it. Saturday morning I went to get my refund, then the manager/repairman wasted about 30 mins telling me I cant get a refund or my phone because I signed a contract saying I have to give them at least 7 days to repair the phone and that he cant break store policy, even though he broke the first screen. It was 6 days. So after almost calling the police they gave me my phone back BUT tried to charge me $173 for the part he ordered. After more arguments he finally made me sign a paper for a full refund. Then i called In and Out Smartfix. Amaaaaazzzzziiing Business. At about 2:00 I gave them my phone and it was fixed SAME DAY, by 5 pm. Im writing a review on it now. The tech is named Andrew. Very honest, respective, and straightforward. He fixed my phone and showed me how CPR charged me $140 for a replacement screen that was a used replacement screen that was not an original Samsung Part!!!! Basically they charged me $140 for some junk you can probably buy off amazon for 20 bucks or so. Then Andrew showed me how I was missing screws and so much more. So in closing, PLEASE dont spend your money here at CPr Tucker. They will act nice but when push comes to shove the truth will come out. There is a perfectly good cell phone repair shop right down the street. They are cheaper and fix phones the same day for me in 2 hours!!!! In and Out Smartfix 4805 Briarcliff Road NE Atlanta GA 30345 They did not pay me to endorse them. I am a real Author and really had this experience. I am doing this because I love to see people in good care. Not walking on the egg shells of manager/repairman who brakes phone screens and buys cheap parts.

I wish that giving stars was optional since that is OBVIOUSLY how this store feels about their customers. I took my ipad to the location at Northlake on 1/31 at approx 4pm. The associate told me they could fix it (and took my 181.00 to fix it) however they said after they replace the screen it had to sit for 24 hours. Since Friday was the first, I would not be able to pick up my tablet until Saturday. They took my phone number and my passcode to get into the ipad. I arrived after work on 1/2/2016 and my iPad hadnt even been touched. No call, no nothing. I was given the line that "phones take priority". Apparently even over paying customers. I asked why I didnt receive a call. Nothing. Then the kicker, he got MAD at me because I wouldnt take a check from him for a refund. I paid with cash and cash is what I wanted back. I will gladly admit I was NOT nice while in there and wouldnt even agree to any sort of negotiation. In my opinion, they lost me when I wasnt even worth a call to tell me they wouldnt have my product ready. They could offer free repair and I dont know that I would take my products back to them. I dont see them lasting very long considering they type of customer service they offer.

Very reasonable, great service, and high integrity. I was very impressed! My phone had suddenly become seemingly non-responsive, and the associates at T-Mobile didnt even look at the phone, but looked up my account, noted that the phone was out of warranty, and suggested I needed a new phone. Afraid I would have to fork out hundreds for a new phone, I took it to In & Out, and the associate readjusted the battery and was able to get it to turn on as before (Silly me, I hadnt thought I could do that with this phone!). She told me that if it -the touch screen in particular which was initially not responsive- was again a problem, I could try adjusting the battery again as a possibly quick fix, but it might need to be repaired if the nonresponsive screen continued being an issue. She didnt charge me at all or try to up-sell me; it was very refreshing and nice to be in a business where you feel like you can actually trust the people running it! If/when my phone continues to have issues, I will definitely take it here!

These guys were fabulous! I completely shattered my screen (think glass shards going into my fingers as I tried to press anything on the screen) and found them through a quick Google search. They replaced the screen, explained the warranty and how I could return if anything was wrong (screen/touch wise of course). Later that night, the touch on my phone stopped working and would only work if I did I soft reset....for five minutes. I went back the next day and they replaced the screen again, but the touch was still not working later in the day. At this point I was pretty frustrated, but every time I called to tell them that my phone was not working properly, they were happy to keep trying. They received a new shipment of iPhone screens and said they would try this batch. I picked it up and Im happy to say it works PERFECTLY. So thank you, thank you, thank you Clyde at In & Out Repair! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs phone repairs!

Never go there. They switched out my original iphone parts with defective ones. I went in to get my iphone 6 screen replaced after they fixed the screen my front camera and ear speaker stopped working i took it back same day and they denied to fix it saying warranty only covers screen and nothing else and so i took it to another store, they said that the camera was defective and after market. I bought a brand new iphone from apple store and am the original owner, my phone was never opened before i wonder how the camera and speaker in there were after market, surely they switched it. They dont stand behind their service. One week later my screen started to lift and when i took it back this time they said that the warranty was voided as someone else opened the phone to change my camera and ear speaker which was damaged by them in the first place.
