The worst service I have ever received at any sort of business from taco bell to the DMV and all points in between. Incapable of even the most mundane tasks without getting a manager so they have three people staring blankly at a screen. Ive never been around customer service people so completely rude uncaring for your time, but as soon as commission is involved they horde you and try to sell you things you dont need. There was a $75 promotion for turning in your old phone, which I couldnt get because their system was down. This was after a 40 minute wait. They told me to come back tomorrow, in Atlanta traffic since THEIR system was down. A year later trying to return the phone, even worse - I told them if you cant get me in and out an hour, Ill come back. Of course they said they could and didnt. Three separate attempts to return my phone yet STILL unsuccessful, so Im being charged twice. The laziness cost me time and incompetence cost me money. So no, I would not recommend them, even one star is too much.

The Buckhead Sprint Store in the Disco Kroger Shopping Plaza has "The Most Awesome" team of Professionals I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing sales and service with! The phenomenal customer service and sales experience is Top-Shelf and I dont even drink alcohol! Led by their Terrific Leader and Store Manager Daniel...Brittany, Kurt, and all of Daniels staff are worth going to the Buckhead Sprint Store allowing them to service you, and choosing Sprint over any wireless competitors out there while receiving Excellent service!! Keep providing the AMAZING experiences guys and gals, YOURE THE BEST!!!

I must say that I had a not so good experience on last evening. I came in the store expecting the trip to be relatively quick, not! The store personnel couldnt really help me transfer my info from phone to phone, after two and a 1/2 hours it was still not done. The tech had to call Troy maybe 3 times... I will say that every time I have gone in and Troy was working that I received excellent service and knowledge! All of the staff is helpful, however hands down; Troy is the best in the store!

Well hell. They got me. After 20 years w/ AT&T I finally left them for another. I just needed a cable, and I met store manager Troy. This guy is something awesome. He asked if Id let him cut my bill down and upgrade my phone. I told him he could try, and try he did. Wow, I have been overpaying for years. I felt like an idiot, but Troy made me feel so good.

One day, I will look back on the first time I walked into this door and I will still be in the same level of ah that I am in now from the great experience I had today. Not only did they provide an exceptional customer experience they exceeded my expectations. If youre looking for the perfect Sprint store in the Atlanta area this is the one you should visit.

These guys are theBOMB. Went way over the level of service that I have experienced elsewhere. The whole team pitched in, helping me set up a pretty complex account. GREAT service, new IPhone, and oh my, what a bargain on the plan. They are saving me $150 a MONTH. Go there now for the best deal in town. Tell them Danno sent you.

Went into the store to upgrade my iPhone 6 to the 7 Plus. Brittany greeted me as I walked in & she got me out of the store in a timely manner. She answered all of my questions as far as billing. She also got me a great deal on my Onyx Speaker! Friendly environment! I definitely recommend!

Great service & knowledgeable manager (Troy). I was interested in switching carriers to save money and he answered all of my questions and helped me in making the best selection for my needs so Im going with sprint. Great deals going on right now - very happy with this store! :)

Greatest experience Ive ever had at a phone place, I didnt feel pressured to hurry up or like I was being pushed towards a plan i didnt want. They listened to what i had to say, they were extremely patient with me and they provided me a plan that fit me best.

The best Sprint store in Buckhead, the staff in this location is very; friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. This is the best location to put a Sprint store, its very convenient. Very professional and clean environment, I will be going back.
