The costumer service was absolutely nonexistent, I walked in to simply adjust some information into my account. (After I had already spoken to a representative over the phone, that had explained I would have to do so in person.) The young lady seemed fairly new so she asked a male employee; by the name of Jamal. She asked about the situation and he lazily got to the back of the store and asked someone behind the door, name i heard was Carlos, and turned back and just said no. I was shocked I turned to the young lady and asked "so thats it; no. No, further explanation?" I am a returning sprint costumer, I once left because I had bad experience with sprint and thought after 8 years Id give them a chance. Im going to really look into changing to a different provider. This is ridiculous.

I went into the sprint store on alpharetta hwy to order a new HTC through my insurance and the guy, Kenn, who helped me was so knowledgeable and very professional that I decided to upgrade to the samsung s8. I am usually skeptical about visiting authorized dealers but Kenn really put those fears to rest with his knowledge. He even saw that I was not being properly taken care of by previous agents Ive dealt with in the passed and corrected those problems in my account I had no idea I had. This will be my new store even though it is an hour drive from me because it is truly the best customer service I have ever had in a very long time! Kenn is the real deal and I appreciate the great service and new phone!

These are some very warm and friendly folks that helped me get my service switched from AT&T. Perla was AWESOME and a real treat to work with. Jamal was also very pleasant and I would recommend these fine people to anyone who wants a better deal. My final bill from AT&T was over $87 for two 16 year old flip phones. No data plan. Sprint got me two really cool smartphones and a 5GB shared data plan with Wi-Fi Hotspot for just a little more. I am a satisfied new customer of Sprint and United Cellular. Thank you, Perla and Jamal. You guys ROCK!

I received a promotional im the mail which stated, "Free phone charger. No Purchase Necessary. " The first time I went, they told me they didnt have any chargers. A few days later, I called and they told me the same thing. I went to a different store and had them call, and they were told there were four chargers. Went back to this store and was given an unboxed, ninety-nine cent plug in that someone bought from the gas station. And they took the Free coupon. No worries!! Will NEVER BUY ANYTHING from that location. Scandalous!!!!!

Do you want to be lied to? Then this is your place. They told me to come in to exchange my note 7 and then I get a different story when I get there. Spoke with Perla the manager and she wouldnt even help me. I spoke to sprint and they apologized for the store and recommend me to an Official store. I wont be going to this "third party" store and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Long wait times, bad service, and lies.

Most helpful staff. They updated software on my samsung Galaxy S4, which was not happening as they should. THey backed up all my 39 GB stuff, contacts, spent about 4 hours, and updated the software. All my contacts were restored. Not all sprint stores volunteered to do it. Most gave me address of their main center which was 20 miles away, while they did it!

Ordered in the Gear S when told it would cost $299 outright without activating. When I went in to buy, was then told the price was $384 outright. This was before discussing activating the watch which would bring the price to $299, but I was not interested in activation. They did not honor the previous price. Will be changing stores and possibly provider.

Great service! Staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to address every question. My family switched from AT&T and couldnt be happier. The store manager, Austin, made us aware of several discounts we qualifed for which allowed me to cut our four person family plan bill in half!! I have recommended several friends who all had similar experiences.

Terrible experience! They tell you whatever they have to sign you up and then they dont keep their promises. I called Sprint and they said that because they are not truly a Sprint store that there was only so much they could do to help. If you want to go with Sprint go to an official store and not this third party owned store.

Please dont go to this store. If you want to try Sprint go to a corporate store. If you ever have a problem and call corporate you will be stuck with the bad service at this third party sprint store. Staff here will tell you anything to get you signed up. I dont recommend this store to anyone.

They just switched management companies. I am not impressed! They have only 2 staff members and usually 4-5 customers waiting. I have gone 3 days this week to update my phone. The first day (Monday) they were closed. The other two days after waiting 20+ minutes, I left.

It was awful there was one hispanic young lady over there and she didnt help us at all. She just say we need to have a good credit history to get a phone there. She didnt take the time to explain to me what the different options were. I will never go back there again!

I love the sprint services this is where i got my 1st S3 cell here in this store n its soooo worth it....the guy Austin was really awesome n took alot time to show me step by step......the empoylee ppl are soooo polite n patient wit it.....thank u....A+ ♡♥♡♥☆★☆★☆
