One employee on Sunday afternoon moving slow as a snail. Didnt even say anything when we walked in because the kid is drowning. 4 people walked out and Ive waited 45 min. Terrible management and training. Cant believe this store can stay open in a city like Atlanta with such terrible customer service. Id expect this in rural areas but not here.

The manager James was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. Makes the phone store experience, which is usually a pain, go by quickly and easily. I will definitely be back!
