The (I guess) manager, Matt, of the store was a complete jerk to me as a customer today. When I came out of the restroom I dropped some drops of water on the floor. This was from washing a container that I return a rotten watermelon in. I was already irritated it was bad and I had to go through the trouble of returning. Then I heard Matt say something about me to the cashier and as I walked by him he was shaking his head at me. When I asked him what the problem was...why he was shaking his head at me as if disgusted (he acted as if I was a worthless person he had to deal with as a customer)...he said, "Because you dropped water all over the store ( I had only walked out of the RR about fifteen feet). He was so arrogant and rude to me. So much so I asked him for the phone number for corporate. He said google it. He said scoffingly, boldly, "Go ahead...contact them...they dont care" (So cocky.) "Ive been here for 4 years" He said, "...theyre not going to do a thing." Wow!!! I mean this guy was a total arrogant prick to me ---a now former customer. I went back and took pictures of the drops of water. Really! OMG! It was a few drops! He got out a huge machine to clean up a few drops of water...as if that was necessary...to show me what a pain in the ass customers are I guess. Really weird. I cannot imagine running a business with this person as an employee of mine. THAT would NEVER happen. This is like a great third world grocery store where as a customer you can be expected to be treated with contempt. Trader Joes!!! WOW! What a Gigantic difference. Aldi doesnt even pretend they appreciate their customers!!! Dont give these jerks your money! By the way: 4 Star average my ___. No way this store could honestly get 4 stars. Ridiculous.

Good prices without sacrificing significantly on quality. There is a slight difference in the quality of produce. For example, if you get a box of berries, they can be slightly smaller and have more unripe berries than what you would find at a Trader Joes, Publix, etc. but not enough to keep me from shopping here. The price savings are actually significant enough to be noticeable. The quality of some of the customers that frequent this location is another story. Over the course of the past 12 months. I have seen a lady with a large purse stealing loaves of bread. I have seen people open bags of grapes and eat a few of them without paying for them or buying a bag (wash your produce)! And finally, yesterday I noticed that all the bags of cherries were half empty and there were cherry pits spit out all over the floor. I guess people feel like they can steal cherries and spit all over the floor without consequence here. Customers who do stuff like this are a real disappointment to society. Have some respect for those around you and make a positive impact on your community rather than stealing and spitting all over the floor of your/our grocery store!

I lived in Europe for a few years and shopped at Aldi and Lidl there a lot. The Aldi is very similar here, with even some of the same European style products, but also the same culture that as a customer you can take care of yourself. The employees are paid well and generally stay a long time so you often see the same cashiers, which is nice. They scan food through faster than Kroger, which means it will get put very quickly into your cart. I like the culture--cut costs where they can to get you good quality food at low prices. I can buy nitrate free bacon and other specialty foods here for a fraction of the cost they are elsewhere. The candies or fruit snacks are colored with food extracts, not potentially harmful food coloring, and the prunes are simply dried, without any random preservatives. And I can come out of the store with a cart full of food that doesnt break the bank. Yay for Aldi!

Im with the other consumer below on this location...great prices (as with all other Aldis) however horrible customer service...witnessed a couple being yelled at when they inquired about having to wait while a CSR was merely talking about his day. Then the same guy and another CSR/cashier yelled at me when I walked off and left about $100 worth of food (he even followed me out the store yelling are you going to buy this stuff?!, really?) on the counter after them yelling at me to push the basket closer. Called the corporate office and received a lackluster response to having being treated that way. Needless to say Ill never shop at another Aldi ever again and Im happy to tell others of such horrid customer service. Costcos/Publix will continue to be my go to for all things household related where they have excellent customer service. Its true, you pay for what you get.

After I heard that one of my favorite cashiers got fired I stopped going here. I never really liked the quality of items that Aldi offered and found that some of their items where pretty expensive. I found a roach and a whole lot of dust under the merchandise. And for a while all my findings where okay I had a great cashier to look forward to, she was an older blond haired lady. And because I studied german in highschool I could practice my german on her. After I learned she was fired I noticed how rude the other staff members where especially the manager who was rude to staff members and to costumers alike. I used to like aldi but now I notice that its horrible in every way. I can easily take my shopping to trader joes across the street who always have low prices and the best quality. Aldi doesnt!

Popular items tend to run out quickly (not this locations fault). Often slow to react to surges at the checkout line - usually due to someone with a full cart. OTOH - the meats seem to last longer than they do at supermarkets (perhaps because they sell out and have no old stock.) This is the only location open to 9pm.

I shop for almost all my fresh groceries here, including some snacks and breakfast items. They have excellent produce (its often local to GA or the Southeast) and the prices are the best in this area. I wouldnt recommend them for meat, though. Try Publix, Kroger or Costco. The meat here tends to be low quality.

I am always amazed how much they can put in a store this size. I get fresh meats, fruits, vegetables, and a good variety of frozen. Multi-grain bread loaf for $1.69, best prices on groceries anywhere around Atlanta. You spend half as much as other grocery stores with excellent quality store brands.

Prices are great but worst customer service I have ever experienced. Threw my avocados and then yelled at me for being in the way when I was just trying to bag my groceries because the jerk behind the counter wouldnt do it. I think Id rather pay more then be treated like that.

The ALDI employee at the checkout is an older blonde woman who speaks with an accent. She is consistently EXTREMELY RUDE. We are locals from the neighborhood who have lived here since 2002, and we stopped going to ALDI because of that woman. They should fire her.
