Update: Went in to pay my RedCard balance like I don every month. None of the Guest Services registers were working so the girl tried a normal register and still no luck. "I guess none of our registers are working." Really? No attempt to involve a manager? No alternative suggestions? Still needing to pay my bill I asked if I was supposed to go to a different Target or something and she said yeah. Not as bad as the time I paid my bill here and the employee actually applied the cash payment to my account in a training register(!) causing my payment to not be processed at all, a first time late payment and fee to be assessed to my account, and necessitated several calls to remedy the mistake. I regularly spend thousands of dollars here and am never late for a payment. This Target needs to get their act together. I shop here frequently and carry a RedCard. I was just yelled at by a manager for testing a few shades of nail polish. Im 23 and Ive been doing that at department stores since I was 14. She actually said, "give those to me. Now we cant sell them. Unless you want to buy them all." Seriously? Target, If testing polish is such a big deal please put a sign by the polish that says No Testing. Id gladly oblige. After being embarrassed for doing something I had no idea was wrong I didnt feel like shopping around and walked out. Thank you for treating me like a child, making me feel stupid, and ruining my shopping trip.

This Target is located in the Prado shopping Center. What is great about it, is it pretty much has its own parking so you are not fighting with all the other stores in the complex. This store is big and well organized. I always find what I am looking for and there are always people in the aisles who can help you find something. I have had an occasion where the lines start to back up but they call in for back up and they get the lines moving. I have used the pharmacy and the pharmacist has always been very helpful. Once when I was filling a prescription without medical coverage he told me how I can get the medicine at a discount or maybe free. They have always been helpful with general and specific questions and getting prescriptions filled quickly. I have been wary about filling a prescription on a chain department store but they make it total easy to do. And they have a rewards program that gets you 5% off after filling 5 prescriptions. This location has a grocery section and a Starbucks in it. You can pretty much get everything done in here and top it off with some Starbucks!

My mom purchased an item at target last week for full price in buckhead and saw that it was on sale at this location. She went in the evening and the staff was great and did a price change. Then today I went to do the same thing and said we cant do that, even though it was on sale there still...go figure. They made up some story that it used to be on sale, so I wasted 1 hour driving there, 30 minutes in store and 1 hour back. I even called the night before and they said it was fine when I come in. I guess if you want good service evenings are your best bet or go to Buckhead. We have 2 businesses in the same area and going to boycott this location and spread the word to our 4000 members as well. Such a waste of my time. I think this target has the worst customer service for the mourning side of things. Please note this was all based on management if anyone is to be blamed.

I was shopping here for an ipad and had challenges with everything being sold out while inventory was still showing on website which was disappointing as I had to drive all the way there to pickup the item. What made the experience much better than initially thought was the manager spent the time and effort to explain the situation as well as call other locations nearby to search and verify there was stock of the item before I went there

I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful young man working at this store. His name was Justin. He was one of the managers. He was one of the most sincere and humble individuals Ive ever met. He made me feel so welcome and appreciated. What a fantastic representation for this store, or any organization! Please thank him for me. He deserves to be recognized. He really cares about people. That is the most important thing of all.

Cashiers had long lines because we were there at a particularly busy time on a Friday. A very kind cashier came to open up a new line & had noticed my pregnant wife & told us to be the first in her line. Everything else was as to expected & in good shape & plenty of items in stock, priced affordably.

This Target location causes no problems for me. Im able to find what Im looking for and then checkout pretty quickly. The store can be crowded at times, but they seem to keep the lines moving. The associates are helpful and inviting. The store is clean and organized. No issues here.

I visit this target 2-3 times a week for the past 2 years and there is NEVER more than 3 registers open. This is one of the busiest Targets in the city. There is no reason to be so understaffed. Location is clean and the little staff they have is friendly

This Target is very small. It doesnt have a good selection like other Target - I would called this location a mini Target. The staff is nice. The staff stocks the store at 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday, and it is difficult to get down the aisles.

This is a great Target location! Products are well-organized, and the store is clean. Staff is fairly friendly. The parking deck is large and easy to navigate.

They are slow! Lines like Walmart..Im not using self checkout I dont take away jobs and if I wanted to work a register I would have made other career choices.

Massive selection and easy parking. Customer service is decent but they usually have enough cashiers working that you can get in and out fairly quickly.

The pharmacy is awesome, my wife makes me drive past the one on Holcomb Bridge (3 minutes from our home) to this one due to the great pharmacists.
