My wife and I stopped at this Kroger to purchase items with an American Express Travelers check. We unfortunately spent about twenty plus minutes trying complete the transaction. This all started with David calling the manager April whom told him something over the phone. David then called her again. Then he asked two other cashiers for assistance. After all this time a cashier took over and David walked us to customer service. The cashier at customer service also didnt know how to process the transaction. Then April arrived. We thought finally we could come pleat this and get on the road. We had to still get gas. April looked at the receipt given to her from our time with David. At this sbe began to process our transaction, she then told us we could us it because a code that stated we need to spend $50. As a kroger plus customer this wasnt a problem so I offer to purchase a kroger gift card because is was also getting kroger gas. After going to get the gift card and handing it to her she stated she could not complete the transaction using the amer express travelers gift check. At this point she told us she could not complete the transaction at all. My wife became concerned as she already made the check out and signed in front od David. April then said this will not be a problem to use somewhere else. I then politely explain to April that I wasnt confident that would no not problem considering our experience at her store. My wife then convince me to leave. thank you

If you want to be amazed at how slow a seemingly healthy adult can work, come check out the cashiers at this location. Ive shopped here for over 5 years, and in the last year or so its gotten to the point where I can plan to spend more time in line than I do shopping. Is there an ongoing union dispute resulting in a work slowdown or something going on here? Is this Kroger now a training location? Maybe theyre serving decaff in the break room, but plan to stand in line for a long time. The prices and selection are fine, cleanliness is good, and aside from the incredibly slow checkout the only other semi-common issue is the meat department has issues consistently keeping sale items stocked.

Store is great. Staff is friendly. You can always find deals on what you need unless you just have to have a special brand. I frequently find that they are cheaper on many items compared to the Walmart across the road. And you get a good deal on gas as well with the kroger card. The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that they always seems to have the minimum cashier staffing. This morning there was one cashier open, other than the 15 items and under express lane. Had to wait for a while. Seems to be the case most of the time I go there. But other than that, no complaints.

The Oracle

Guest care and Money Service SUCKS! They are slow, always havery a lone of customers waiting too long. Its a dread to have to needed this service at this location. soooooo awfully at this store with the exception of when HARLAND is there. Hes super knowledgeable, kind, and gets you in and out. Ive lived here for over 10 years and Guest care has always seemed to have this issue.

Good grocery store with good prices. Open late to 1am most nights and on most holidays which is useful for when I forget things I need for holiday dinners. The gas station is normally one of the cheapest in the area too outside of the extra low prices at Costco. Make sure you are a Kroger Plus member when you shop here or you are losing out on money.

I have been shopping here for over a decade. They pick terrific associates to work here. Always friendly, helpful and at the same time not pushy. Great selection and better selection than Wal-mart and easier to find items and unique items. Best gas prices in the area!! I strongly recommend :)

Ive been shopping there for many years but unfortunately the quality and assortment of the fresh food has deteriorated. Management doesnt have a clue as to how to run a business. They fail at almost every measure of customer satisfaction.

My favorite place to grocery shop. If your a member of valued customer you get discounts on all items sold & their Kroger product line is the best. Kroger is less expenses than all the other grocers - if you do price comparisons

I had a great experience at the Kroger pharmacy in this location. Kathy and the whole team are fast, efficient and always looking out for you as a customer. This is my preferred pharmacy in Alpharetta!

Not the best Kroger. They never clean the shopping carts and parking lot. The checkout clerks are slow cause their there no matter what. They need a new store manager. Just drive to another Kroger.

This is the closest Kroger store to my home. I wish there was better Produce selections. I guess everyone in the neighborhood rotates the same vegetables. Im venturing to other stores.

You get almost everything to survive. Fresh Veggies and Fruits Prices marginally higher than Walmart for some eadibles but worth every penny . Highly Recommended.

Prices are good, selection is great, and its very clean and organized. Much cheaper than Publix, much cleaner than Walmart.
