I had to use the men restroom in this store and it was terrible. there was no soap available and soap dispensers. two of them were broken . nasty and dirty restroom . there was no toilet paper dispenser in mens room , all they had was a roll of toilet paper left on the handrail. The toilet bowl was dirty . they had left two bottle of sanitizer in the restroom instead of the soap. there was no paper towel dispenser available in the restroom to dry your hand. I spend 70-100 dollars a week in average in Kroger with gas and grocery and a dirty restroom in store tells me that if any of the employees uses the restroom during their shift ,they will touch food and everything else with their absolutely dirty and unsanitary hands because they havent been able to clean and properly wash their hands . Thats totally disgusting. I will never buy anything from Kroger. Be honest with you all , I have noticed this major restroom issue in every single kronor store . I would say 9 out of 10 stores That I have been , are having the restroom issue. Thats lack of management in this busy Buckhead store and so many other stores .

We shopped here twice during our stay in Buckhead. First, this store is very clean! Its also quite large & well-lit. Their prices seemed very comparable to Publix in Tampa, although we werent shopping for typical grocery items. We bought a few snacks & sodas on our first visit, and wine on our second. I was most impressed with the size of their wine section - very large for a grocery store! Our cashiers were friendly, and both times gave us the sale pricing even though we didnt have a Kroger card. Not that we needed it, but this location is open until 1am on weekdays, & 2am on the weekend.

This review is for the Kroger Pharmacy. I have never been treated with so much compassion and understanding from a pharmacist I have never even met before. I usually have some ordeal getting any prescription filled b/c I travel around a lot, and they immediately assume the worst. I still cant believe how helpful the pharmacist was in trying to help me save money, and she did. I wish more pharmacies operated in such a manner. When I am in Atlanta, I will be returning here. Absolutely, without a doubt the best service ever! (and I am not exaggerating)

Horrible customer service, the one person working the counter doesnt take the initiative to call for help even when the line is long. Theres always a person in front of me with 5 Western Unions to purchase (those take forever), Im standing there for 15 mins for a quick transaction (to return rotten tomatoes, which is already frustrating that they were rotten in the 1st place, because theyre already overpriced, but thats another issue). Im not the only one complaining, other people in line behind me are also complaining.

Kroger should just go out of business. Today I thought I would buy a bottle of wine as an afterthought. As a 50 year old man, this shouldnt be a problem but corporate has a policy that NOT EVEN A MANAGER can sell a bottle of wine to a FULL GROWN MATURE MAN without an ID. Its like they totally forgot that the LAW states that minors cant buy alcohol. If they have SO LITTLE trust in the intelligence of EVEN THEIR MANAGEMENT to make a judgement call, they should just close down.

Do not go to this Kroger and do not go to this shopping precinct. There is a company called Empire Parking Service that will clamp your car if they feel you are not parked correctly. You can not see the signs as within the lot there arent any and furthermore they are not lit to warn you. They clamp very easily as they know that you will pay anything to get released. AVOID PEACHTREE PIEDMONT CROSS SHOPPING CENTER AT ALL COST.

In the 2+ years since moving to Atlanta, Ive seen this Kroger go from so-so to awesome. The produce is always fresh and well-displayed with an impressive assortment of organic options. Aisles are wide and shelves remain stocked. The ladies at the deli counter always aim to please. I leave protein purchases for Fresh Market but otherwise rely on Disco Kroger to fill my pantry. #Buckhead #Groceries

Hands down the worst kroger I have ever been too. The funny thing is that they have so much potential. Its right in the middle of buckhead and gets great traffic. They are never stocked on produce or any other thing I am looking for. The service is OK for a kroger. I cant trust their food because I have seen rotten produce there multiple times.

Nice to have an extremely close grocery store! They most always have what you are looking for if you shop at other Krogers. Downside is the store is at the back of a mini shopping center, so the traffic can be terrible trying to leave the store. Avoid during mid day times if you dont like sitting around.

Filthy Kroger, found used martini glass someone had eaten out of laying on the food bar, and a package of ice cream sitting on a counter out of the freezer, among other random trash laying around. Plus we got booted in the parking lot and had to pay a fee. Lovely place.

How is this place getting high ratings? The staff is horrible and the place is filthy?! I had, hands down, THE rudest checkout girl in the world. I truly feel it was race related as well...I guess if you are a nice Italian woman you are not welcome there.

One of the dirtiest Krogers in Atlanta. We bought snow crab from the seafood counter and when we got home and took it out of the package it reeked of being rotten. Customer service is on par with the cleanliness level.

Its a nice store, but the past 3 times Ive been theyve been out of whichever meat I needed (both chicken breasts and pork tenderloin). Since I like to plan my meals for the week, this can cause some issues.

This kroger is large and has lots of organic and healthy food options. It does not have a large cheese department. I love that there is a sushi bar you can stop in, have a seat, and eat at the counter.

Watch expiration dates at this Kroger. I purchased a frozen food item that was rotten because it was over a year past its expiration date and management acted like this was a regular thing for them.

BE CAREFULL WHEN PARKING AT THIS SHOPPING CENTER!!!! My car was booted, eventhough I was a patron at multiple stores in the shopping center.
