I never imagined Id have such warm and fuzzy feelings for a grocery chain but Publix has made that happen. I had been going to the Edgewood Kroger thats closest to my home but some recent trips to Publix have changed that forever. Thanks to the kindness and great customer service by Tom OToole, one of the managers at The Peach Publix, I will always drive right by Kroger and shop at Publix. Tom restored my faith in good customer service and its always worth a longer drive to spend my money with a company that cares. In addition to the respect and help I received from Tom, at least 5 different Publix employees stopped to say hello or ask me if I needed anything while I was there. Everyone working seemed happy and friendly which is a welcome change to the way I usually feel when Im in a grocery store- which is like Im in the way of employees stocking shelves or a nuisance to the deli people when they need to stop their personal conversations to slice some ham for me. It was such a wonderful experience when the deli lady at this Publix was happy, friendly and offered me a piece of the chipotle gouda cheese to taste letting me know how delicious it was and how she used it for Philly cheesesteaks. (It was delicious! I bought it.) Publix knows how to create an environment where you feel welcome, it starts with the culture created by the employees and is reinforced by the store itself. The lighting is softer and warmer than other grocery stores. The aisles feel more approachable, not so daunting. Publix is a perfect size, not as big and sprawling as a Kroger yet bigger than a Trader Joes. They also offer a good selection of better, organic, grass fed items without requiring your whole paycheck, like Whole Foods.

What sets this Publix on the map is its one of a kind customer service. The staff here are the most helpful and customer friendly of any Publix you will find in Atlanta. Its no hardship for them to guide you down an aisle to find what youre looking for, greet you as you come in, or find some creative way to make you smile, and feel like part of the Publix family. The store is always well stocked with a variety of foods including international favorites, fresh organic fruits and vegetables, and mouth watering pastries. If theyre out of an item, theyll go so far as to travel to other Publix stores just to keep you appeased. Truly a place worth shopping. 5 stars across the board.

This was the most unfriendly visit that I have ever had at this location. Jackie on register 6 did not speak until I spoke to her. She was rude to the bagger when asked a question. Her attitude was definitely not customer focused. The bagger did not volunteer to assist with taking the groceries out. Neither one spoke to my sister who was using a mobility cart. We will never go through her line again.

A significant part of the Peachtree Mall complex this Publix location is the true defintion of a "Supermarket". Providing an amazing selection from fresh produce, to freshly prepared items. Moreover, this store is clean, properly stocked, well lighted and has plenty of visible and available associates that are pleasant and happy to assist patrons.

Great store size and location. I use this location primarily for the pharmacy. Store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially at the deli counter when I always seem to come in late at night when it is nearing closing time. I do wish the produce was better at this location but all other offerings are great.

We had a problem on Saturday night - when we got home, we were missing 2 bags of groceries - we called and spoke to Kirk, the manager on duty, and told him what we were missing - before we knew what was happening, our doorbell rang and there were our groceries - Kirk was a hero, and I will not ever go Krogering again!

The deli section workers are the rudest, nastiest women! Ive never had a problem just ordering a sandwich, especially when you have ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS to make it. Never had a problem with this store until now, and they went out of their way to embarrass me, a paying customer.

Stopped in after work and I can always expect a great experience here. The food was definitely fresh and the deli associate was nice and friendly. Self-out was definitely a plus because it made my trip quicker than what I expected.

The nicest staff in the grocery business. Lots of selection and parking is fairly easy. The do need better prices for certain things, but its not Whole Foods expensive at least.

Great location, but during peak hours parking can get tight. The store went through a remodel in late 2015/early 2016, so it looks fresh and clean.
