They refused to honor their sale. I went to purchase a buy one get one, and the lady at customer service refused to honor it. Even with the tag on her hand. She said the amount of the package was to high, and I was going to pay full price for both if I wanted it. I asked her why was it advertised as buy one get one if they were not going to honor their own sales ad, she just repeated if I wanted it I was paying full price for both. Really sad because we have been coming to this one for years

I ordered a sub online and it wasnt there when I got there. When I asked the deli they told me that someone must have taken the wrong sub despite my sub being a chicken tender and the other was a vegetarian with completely different names. They were out of chicken tenders and told me I was out of luck. Publix is a very good grocery store chain but this particular store does not live up to its name.

The grocery store is small, service level low and pricing typical Publix pricing. We prefer Publix in general but this location dies not meet the typical expectation when you shop at Publix. However, the Pharmacy is incredible. We use them for most all our scripts which is a challenge because we typically avoid the grocery area.

Worst Deli ever. Have had multiple bad experiences. Everything from a terribly made sandwich (topping went on first, they tried to shove the meat in after that, and then forgot the cheese), to no sandwich at all (no one there to make it). I work right by the store and will never be returning. I wish 0 stars was an option.

I went to the bakery (inside) and asked the guy (I believe his name was Tim) to prepare a sub with whatever he felt like putting in it. He was visiby happy with that "chance for being creative" and prepared me a "chicago style sub". That may have been the best sandwich Ive ever had. 1000 starts!

I love this Publix! Its smaller than most, but they have the most friendly staff. A lady in customer service named Lala went out of her way to help us today to look for a certain item that we needed, and was very friendly! Thats why I love Publix its a always a pleasant visit

Im beyond impressed with this Publixs. A bunch of us working at Northside hospital were craving subs and had no way of getting them. I asked if they would go above and beyond with customer service to deliver them to us, and THEY DID! we are extremely happy! thank you so much!

This is the most unorganized Publix I have ever been in. It lacks the variety of products I am use to from the Florida Publix stores I have used. It is very clean & the deli is one of the fastest, but the rest of the place has a lot to be desired. Sorry, but the truth.

Smallest Publix Ive yet been to. Seems a bit dated. Very small produce section and not the greatest prices unless you are shopping for BOGO deals. They do have good wings and sandwiches in the deli department.
