I went in to this store because I dropped my phone and it was no longer working adequately. I had just bought my blackberry tour at full price only about a month or so prior. The actual phone looked perfectly fine (and to be honest Im not sure if dropping it was really the reason it was malfunctioning.) The lady there wanted to replace it, however, the EXTREMELY rude man next to her ( manager on duty) told her that without insurance I could just pay full price and buy another. He then argued with her not to replace it, telling her to remember the meeting they just had! I paid over $200 for this phone and it looked to be in perfect condition. It wasnt as if I dropped it in a pool of water or ran over it. He wouldnt even look at me. I was handed back the phone at which point I informed him I would take it to another location. I did, and a VERY pleasant man at the location on northpoint pkwy replaced the phone and battery at no cost to me. Dont waste your time or money here. They are more worried about sticking it to their customers than giving quality service.

Went in to upgrade my 3 year old phone. Was initially greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I explained I was looking to upgrade my phone, but I didnt need the $600+ phone. Told them I needed something for phone calls, texts, and browsing internet on occasion. I was left to browse, but from this point forward, was basically ignored. I had 2 questions i needed answers to on two different models to make my decision. I stood at the counter while 6 employees discussed various topics (not all work related) and I was never acknowledged. After 5 minutes, I turned and headed for the door, and still no one asked if I needed assistance before exiting. All someone had to do was stop for 3 seconds and ask if I needed assistance, and they would have made a sale.

This is one of the better locations in the area to visit. The people are really helpful and seem to know their stuff. The only thing, and it seems to be Verizon in general, is they always seem to be trying to sell you something more like a new phone or more data... Most of the time I know what Im looking for and just need someone to do it for me... Maybe thats why I switched to Google Project Fi...

The lack of customer service was shocking! They were very quick to run my credit card but the service after the sell was totally lacking. Verizon has staffed this store with the worst group of staff I have ever had the misfortune of having to work with. Save yourself some hassle and try another store. To say this store is awful does not begin to say how bad it is of how little they care!

Generally helpful and knowledgeable, but slow to set up new lines or make changes to our business plan. I feel like its not the fault of the employees since they seem to be working on the computer the whole time, but they just dont have a way to make changes to our business plan without having to do tons of work.

I dont like Verizon, but this is actually a decent store. Not all of the customer service reps are great, but Dijorn is a good one. You can always leave and come back, which I suggest because they will often try to upsell you on tons of things you dont need. Only a good experience because of Dijorn.

I bought a phone here, but I didnt feel that I got much assistance. When I asked questions about the phones - for several I was told to Google them. It was a bit frustrating since I thought that the latest models is something the employees would be trained on.

Employee installed shady Showbox app on a tablet. Failed to mention implied 2 year contract (new phone number) for a free tablet. had to go through plenty of red tape to dispute extra charges that were not disclosed nor agreed to during initial sale
