My husband and I absolutely love this store! Every time we walk into the store we are treated better than family. Everyone on staff always greets us by name and makes sure that we are completely satisfied with our phones and service. Jennifer and Shari are fantastic and make sure that I get the best deals on new phones, tablets, and service. Because of the outstanding staff: Jennifer, Shari, Lance, Jenn, Bradford, and Loren, we know every time we need something, whether it is an account question or a new device, we will be taken care of quickly, accurately, and with a smile. It is because of the staff at this store that we are such loyal T-Mobile customers.

Always nice and willing to help employees. They actually know thier stuff. I am glad T-Mobile has finally decided to consider the Knoxville market a suitable market and have a store (and many more towers) in one of the most visited malls in the area. I recommend this store for all T-Mobile needs.

Sorry place. Dont greet or say well be with you in a minute. Only care about selling accessories. Every time I go in I go in for an upgrade on my phones and I pay cash. I guess not anymore looks like Ill go to a different cell phone company
