Super appreciative of Robbie Baker at cellular sales kingston pike Farragut location. He has always been there for me as well as my family and friends. Which is why we continue to bring our business to this store . In fact I was in a bind and came to the store at 7 oclock closing and Robbie stage 2 hours late to restore my cell phone. He waited until everything was synced to a new phone and explained until I understood very clearly the changes with a smile on his face the entire time. I have never received this type of exceptional service with any other cellular store employee!! Its not like me to take time to give someone the props that they deserve however one good deed deserves another. Without a doubt Robbie Baker is always available, knowledgable, professional, caring! Its not often you find someone so selfless & caring. Thank you cellular sales again and Robbie Baker!

I have never been so impressed with the level of service and customer appreciation at a cellular store until I came to this location. I worked with Adam and Evan and they worked really hard to explain my options and get me the best deal possible.... They are friendly, professional and know their brand to the T! I am so grateful to have a store like this near me and to know that if ever I have a problem or questions I have a friendly face to turn to. We were secretly considering switching to another company but the people here changed our minds. Adam.... Thank you for working so hard to get us the best deal possible even tho you didnt have to and Even thank you for being there to back us up! You guys are the greatest! YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE!!!!!

Understand that this store is owned by Cellular Sales, which owns 17 of the 19 Verizon stores in Knoxville. The only purpose of this store is to sale you a product, not provide a service. If you need help with your account go to the store in Turkey Creek. That is a Verizon store. The staff at this store was not very useful when it came to anything with my account. I needed some assistance with having my account correctly setup and the only thing they did was tell me to call customer service. I wont be going back to this store.

I had a great experience at this office. I was helped in a timely manner as soon as I came into the office and was treated with kindness and respect. The representative that worked with me answered all my questions and found the plan that suited me the best. I have been to many cellular stores in the past and the treatment I received at this office was above and beyond any of them. If you are looking for quality service and a friendly staff you need to check this place out.

Recently I visited this store twice and had a wonderful both times. First, I visited because I needed a new phone and Adam and he helped me pick out the perfect one for me. He was friendly, professional, and not at all pushy. Two days later I came in and Evan took time to help answer several questions I had about the new phone and he also helped me find benefits I didnt even know about. This is a welcome surprise after visiting the Turkey Creek location. Ive now had several encounters at this location , and even when I wasnt buying anything the people here are genuinely helpful and provide straightforward answers. If you dread going into a cell phone store to deal with pushy salesmen who clearly dont care about you and have little knowledge , try this place out! Theyve been great every time Ive been in.

Great customer service at Verizon Cellular Sales on Kingston Pike in Farragut. I was distraught as I had dropped my phone in water and could no longer use it. The manager went above and beyond to help me select a new phone, installing contacts, photos etc. I was so impressed with the care and time he took I purchased a tablet as well. Again very helpful in showing me how to use. I would highly recommend this location!

I came into this store to have some questions answered about my phone and why I had lost some pictures. I like this store because it was clean and I was greeted immediately. I had them set up my backup assistant, and google account. Both associates were very friendly. Would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant non-pushy experience. This is my new Verizon location for all my needs.

Alfred is always on the forefront of cell phone knowledge and an expert at guiding the customer to the latest and greatest technology available. Super helpful. These guys were amazing and helped me go from a phone I had that was extremely out of date to a great new phone. Also I am very klutzy so they gave me a phone that would not break and the best protection. The best Verizon experience I have ever had. Adam and Evan were especially helpful.
