They sold me a used tablet for the activation fee...it didnt work in our area, went in they said is should...Not..they said the background screens werent on...still not...they said 14 day return but it took longer than that, returning again and again..we tried to disconnect the phone line we hooked up and now its a two year contract we are stuck with. ..so got screwed...but they will get screwed,...what goes around comes around...

Its true. Matt and Mazin actually make the process of switching providers and phones + all related headaches as painless and close to fun as is legally acceptable in their business! They are obviously not getting the industry memo that they are supposed to be as confusing and unhelpful as possible. Honest and straightforward. Matt even put off eating a pretty great dinner to help us out promptly. What more can you ask for?

Dishonest seller! I was "given" a promotional tablet and was told that there would be no extra cost. Later I realized that it was a that tablet had a 2 year contract. When I realized it and returned to complain they said "sorry, nothing we can do". So now Im stuck with a crappy, useless tablet that cost $240. Avoid this retailer!!

I bought a couple I Pad chargers for Christmas gifts, turned out they were the wrong length. I went back to return them and was told you cant return accessories, not even an exchange. They have no signs nor is there anything stating this on the receipt. Dont think Ill be doing business there in the future.

My phone broke and the guy helping was honest in saying that it would probably cost just as much to fix it than buy out my old phone and get a new one. He helped me choose a new phone with a longer battery life which I needed! They were very nice!
