I went to change my plan from Sprint to Verizon, the place was packed so I thought Id be there for hours. The salesman not only ported over 2 phones in about 20 minutes, but downloaded all of our pictures from both phones and re-installed all of my daughters apps. I get great signal at my home now in Cement City. The service was fast, and very friendly. In and out in less than an hour. Highly recommended, best experience in a cell phone store ever.

Customer service skills are horrible I got a new phone and having problems with it called customer support and they told me it was handled and to go in and ask for a manager and to look up my file and to give me a new cell Im within my 14 days of purchase MANAGER was rude refused to look up my file and there was nothing I could do not help at all will do my best to never do business there again 4/9/16 ...not the first time Ive had problems there

slow customer service. sold an item I did not need. sales only out to make the most money for themselves. manager out right called me a liar-she said "I did not hear the conversation". Verizon has called my new cell at 9:50pm and 7:20am-with survey questions. Their needs to be more regulations and laws passed regarding cell phone companies and their practices.

Stop to ask them to switch out phones, the sales person was told me to call verizon to do myself. I had already tried to do it by myself on line, it didnt work. that was the whole reason i went to store in first place. I did manage to get it done, but they could improve their customer service imo.

Honestly, this is the most ridiculous verizon store I have ever been too. The general manager didnt help at all and talked to my boyfriend and I like we were 5 years old. He was very rude and disrespectful. Not willing to work with you at all. So disappointed! They are losing two valuable customers!

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. It takes a whike to get waited on, but thats because there is a ton of customers almost every time I go there. They have around 6 staff members at all times too, so to ease the problem the only solution I can see is a bigger store.
