I came to this store at the direction of Sprint Customer Service due to a replacement phone not charging/holding a charge. The one person at the store was unable to manage the flow of customers and as a result left everyone waiting far longer than necessary to complete any simple task. Further, he used a harvested charging port which was apparently never checked to ensure that it was actually functional. Despite my immediate complaint that the phone still was not charging properly, I was rushed out of the store and assured that the phone was just very dead and needed additional time than normal to charge. However, after leaving with the phone on a road trip, it would not charge. 300 miles later, I was able to get the phone repaired at a Sprint corporate store. Do not bother with these 3rd party dealers. They do not do quality work.
