This guy wanted to charge me $20 for a isis enabled sim card, which are supposed to be given for free. He kept on telling that he had to pay t-mobile for those sim cards and cant give it for free. He has the audacity to say that even after I showed him the tmobile/ isis website where it says the sim card is free in stores. I dont understand how he thinks it is a convincing story, to say that t-mobile charges the authorized stores for stuff which they give out for free to the customers. He wanted $20 for the sim card. LOL. I went to the t-mobile store on pleasant hill road, asked for a sim, the guy took it out of his pocket (Yes he had a stack of isis sim cards in his pocket) activated it for me and I was out in 5 minutes with out paying nothing. Trying to charge for stuff that is supposed to be free is one thing, but cooking up a BS story of lies (which is not convincing either) to support your fraud is a whole different thing.

Worst customer service EVER!!!!! I have been here twice and had to deal with the same lady who has no idea what she is doing, how to handle your account, put the correct money on your account or give you the correct information. Went in today to get my mother and IPhone and the lady was very unknowledgeable of what she was talking about. There was another lady in the store who had been there for an hour. I told the lady my mother also wanted to buy screen cover and case. Came back 30 minutes later to find my mother waiting there, all her data from her old phone erased and the lady helping the other women. The previous time I was there she told me I would have to pay full price to jump to an iphone 7plus even though I get to jump for free. There was another lady working that day who stepped in and corrected my account. I think this tmobile just got bought again because 6 months ago the customer service was amazing.

I cannot take anything away from the customer service in this location. I have had to stop in the store a few times over the past year or so and everyone is always nice. With certain devices though (over time), this location never seems to have new items in stock. I have had to go to different locations to get what I was looking for. I do not know if there is something behind that but I am just noticing a trend anytime I am looking for new devices. Again, other than that, the customer service is great. I just wish I could rely on this location for the items I want.

GREAT customer service, amongst the top rated stores I have ever been to. Ask for Sofiya!! The level of professionalism was great. I tried shopping other stores for the jump on demand ,some program offered by T-Mobile, but nobody at other stores seemed to have the exact knowledge that was offered to me at this location. A very friendly environment.

It is a tmoble store, it is everything you would expect. How much do you expect? That is about what you will find here. This is where I bought my phone. Here in this very store. That one day could be your story as well. Then many years from now we can swap those stories over a drink and find out we have gained nothing from the exchange.

The owner of this store is a con artist. Reading the reviews here, I see I am not the only one he lied to about SIM cards. He told me SIM cards are $20. I found out they are supposed to be FREE! I will report him to T-Mobile and the BBB. Avoid this store!! He is a liar and a scam artist.

i would give Aziz 5 on everything that he did, i came into the store and open 4 lines for my family and it was a great experience, to shop for my phones in that store, he took the time out and explain everything to me and told me what plan he thought was best.

They have the friendliest sales reps out of all the stores I have been to and they help with any problem. This is also a corporate store so you can also get all of your T-Mobile Tuesday merchandise from them as well. Just overall a great place.
