I visited this store on Sept. 8, the day before the new iPhone release, and spoke with one of their associates. I provided specific account information so they could include my order along with the others they would be placing when ordering opened early that Friday morning. I called the store later on Friday to check and see if my order was placed. I was told the order was placed. It is now Sept 23. I hadnt heard anything from the store, so I decided to call. I was informed that all orders placed that Friday morning had been filled. If I didnt get a call from them, it was because they didnt have my billing PIN and no phone was ordered. I dont remember them asking for a billing PIN, and I was told that a phone had been ordered. So where was the disconnect? No follow-up? This is just poor customer service, plain and simple. Ill stick to the corporate stores from now on!

The manager Kasey is amazing . She always always goes above and beyond every single time I need anything . She is the pure definition of what outstanding customer service should be .
