Awesome experience at this store yesterday. Called about getting an Apple Watch. They didnt have the one I wanted. Lewis offered to go get it and meet me at their location with it. Even if it meant me getting there right at closing time. The transaction was smooth, the staff super friendly and a nice clean store. I will never go to another Sprint store again!

Went in to activate service on an S5. After spending 20 mins there they tell me they dont have a SIM to fit the S5. Excuse me? You should have SIM cards for every Sprint phone since the dawn of time. They are ten cent pieces of plastic. It aint hard. Reps were nice and polite, to their credit. Store was clean. In fact I was the only one there.

I needed my phone upgraded and to be home in time for my daughters choir concert-- and got both! This store has it done right. Within 15 minutes of walking in the door, I was walking out with my working phone in hand. Great customer service, great music, great experience. Ill be back! Thanks!
