Tried to make a simple return for a printer, "tried" took back a brothers printer that was defective after having it about a month. The store manager refused to speak with me and stated they could not take the goods back! "SCAM" ALERT this company should back the goods they sell being the printer had minimal usage and was obviously a defective item! This store is mismanaged and has very rude employees. Was told by a employee good luck leaving a poor online review ! Unprofessional I believe that this employee should not be working in public as well as the store manager. This is very unacceptable and do not make a large purchase there they do not honor returns or exchanges This is unacceptable to anyone trying to do business with these scam artist and unprofessional employees. I guess this shows how poor the education is of the staff and shows the store is ran by nothing but enducated and stereotypical rednecks Good luck I was told! If you want to do business with these people like this he right ahead but you were warned of these scam artist and theives

HORRIBLE customer service! I went in 5 minutes before closing, not aware that they closed at 6:00. An employee even asked if we needed help, and I told him, "No thank you, I know what I am looking for. I went straight to the aisle I needed to be on, grabbed what I was looking for, and headed to the front. My bf stopped to look at a chair that was on display, and the manager said very rudely, "Can I help you?" He said, "No thank you, Im just looking." Again very very rudely, "Ha, Well the store is CLOSED!!" If I wouldnt have absolutely needed what I was buying, I would have dropped it, and walked out. I will never go to this store again, Office Max will be getting my business. I have never been rushed out of store, especially that you went in BEFORE they closed. She was very VERY rude. Ridiculous customer service.

Today I bought a case of 10 DVD Cases and once I got home realized one was cracked... also, I had some DVD inserts printed, the quality was definitely not as good as the same inserts I had printed previously at FedEx Office. I paid to have the copy center cut the DVD inserts and they did not cut them straight, I had to go back to the store a second time to have them cut it again. (my fault for not having recognized the jagged edges the first time). The only good thing is they did not charge me to recut them which I am thankful for. Regardless, my loyalty after today is with Fedex.

Simply Horrible!!!!!!!!! Tried to return a simple online order they made such a drama ....Make me feel should I just stop shopping at staples....I now know why staples Fail... Will never go to this staples store in cumming again.. and may be never shop at staple..Horrible..Simply Horrible Store Manager is worst and can be given a award to be the Best at what she does..so what can you expect from employee ...

Its in a good location and hardly ever busy. The parking lot can get rather full (mostly for other shops in the vicinity). The staff friendliness and helpfulness is hit or miss. Its a clean location with some good deals every now and then.
