ungrateful Wal-Mart workers epitomized at this forsaken store. you would think they were kids in China being forced to work. thanks walmart for a great experience.call them up sometime if youre feeling down on life so you can hear someone who has it worse than you. "I know you cant work because of your tragic accident, but hey the bright side is youre not enslaved at Wal-Mart." personal note: I have no problem with the Wal-Mart company. my only problem is with the quality employees they hire. Wal-Mart needs to forget affermative action and just pay a fine (if thats doable). the fine would be way less than than the money they would gain if they made it an enjoyable experience to shop there. bad employees work for the government not the private sector. all your trash can go work at the VA like the other trash they have working there.

I needed a new battery for my watch. I went to another store and they actually broke my watch. I went to this Parkside store and talked to Susan in the jewelry department and she was extremely helpful. She fixed things and was so friendly and competent. I walked out of the store a satisfied customer and was smiling. I returned today with another problem and she very nicely and with a smile helped me with the problem. What a friendly and helpful employee. You are lucky to have her working in your store. Make sure you keep her.

The guys back in the tire and auto center were a life saver!! I came in 5/30/2017 at 7 pm (right as they were closing up) and Richie greeted me. I told him a Road reflector from the interstate had punctured my tire and it was quickly deflating. It was pouring out. I dont know how to change a tire. Then Damien came out and both agreed to put my spare on even though it was past operating hours. I appreciate this so much!! Excellent customer service and Im very thankful for these helpful people.

I called the automotive center three times but there was no answer. Then, I called the main number twice, still no answer. On the third try, the person who answered the phone said she would transfer me to automotive. Still, no answer. A second time, no answer. On the third try she informed me that she had reported the matter to the manager and that someone should have answered. I guess the manger on duty was not adequately equipped to attend to and rectify the matter.

Huge walmart. Very clean. Staff was super friendly. I loved the parking lot instead of one aisle the parking spaces all slanting the same way, and the next aisle they point the opposite direction. This parking lot has on the left side the slant towards the store. One the right side they slant away from the store. This way you dont have to make a giant circle to find a parking space if you happen to not be facing the correct direction.

Worst walmart in Knoxville.If I need it, they will be out wasof it. People who work there are great. Its a management problem. Always has been. Wanted to buy a lantern at 0640 in the morning. Plenty of people putting up stock.Was told to come back after 7, somebody would help me then. Walked out,said hell with it. Cant stand hearing Walmart complain about Amazon. Walmart is Walmarts worst enemy

You cant say 6 pm closing if you are going to close before 6 pm! A lady needed a battery for a thermometer for her very sick child they wouldnt let her in for a battery. I just need to get one item at the front of the store and I would be out of there before you even closed. At least Publix was open.

Rakeesha likes to pick and choose which policies she likes to follow. I have never felt so disrespected in my life, she came out when I requested a manager with a chip on her shoulder. If Wal-Mart trusts people like her to manage their stores, I wont shop here any longer.

This was visit was dumb. No one, including a supervisor knew where the instant potatoes were. One guy had just fallen off the turnip truck and another just shrugged his incompetence. I found the stuff myself going aisle to aisle. Wal-Mart fresh baked cookies good though

If youve taken the time to drive to Turkey Creek, the modern retail experience, you can do LOADS better than this Wal-Mart. Unless you want to be treated rudely, sold cheap (not just inexpensive) merchandise, and shocked by what some people will wear out of the house.

Waited at Walker Springs walk-mart for over 2 hours to get my battery checked. I was told it would take 15 minutes. Came here and got it checked, changed, and a credit on the warrenty in 20 minutes. Ill be driving the extra distance for a lot better service.

Selection is better then Lenoir City, but the people in this area are so snobby. Like they are better than everyone else. Take your heart meds when taking a trip here. Wont be long before you develop road rage with a shopping buggy, day or night.

Customer service was horrible. The last actually greeted me by saying what do you want. After it took her a good 20 mins to return an item she very rude. Then after she was finished with me there was someone behind me and she just walked away.

I was there to get a replacement battery for my Timex watch but the sales person couldnt get the back off and neither could I. Long story short, I ended up getting another Timex watch. Sales person. Roy, was very nice in meeting my needs.

I work retail, so I understand the crap you have to put up with. But I watched a women "clean" the bathrooms, walked in right after she was done. Oh my god they were disgusting. She mopped the floor and that was it.

I bought a 79$coffee maker there after 2-3 days,it stopped working.i go back to return it after a few days and the horrible customer service tell me its already been returned which complete bs.i hate walmart!!!!

Great location and selection. I cant understand why they make you wait to checkout. They should hire more cashiers. Use the savings catcher feature in their app to scan your receipt and save money

At Z Nevaeh Salon we need to run to Turkey Creek to get supplies for my salon company. It is easy to get in and out of Walmart. They always have what I need. I recommend Walmart at Turkey Creek.

This is my favorite Walmart. Their prices are better than the ones closer to my home. You still have the long lines like every other Walmart, but I chose bargins over a little inconvenience.

The self checkout machines had major weight detection problems. Almost every person had to wait for the lady to override the system. Other than that, the selection of items was great.
