I was initially referred to 1010Computers by a friend. I first called to get an explanation on how my computer issue would be handled and I was immediately impressed. The next day I took my computer to their store, although it was about a 45 minute drive away the drive was worth it. Upon arriving at the store, I was greeted by Kendall and I explained my problems. He gave me a thorough explanation on the likely issue, how it would be fixed, an explanation of their fees, and approximately how long it would take to be completed. Kendall was very professional and knowledgeable which put me at ease as I knew that my computer would get fixed. It took about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks for my computer to be completely repaired. Throughout the weeks I was constantly updated by email on the progress of my repair: I knew when my cpu was going in for the diagnostic, what was the diagnosed issue, the price for the parts, how long it would take the parts to arrive, and finally when my repair was complete. In addition to email updates, I received phone calls, from Brandi, at critical stages of the process (ie. The diagnosed issue and how I wanted to proceed with repair; when the repair was completed). I also received email updates when I had spoken to Brandi and when I did not speak to her and she left a message. When I arrived to pick up my computer, the diagnosed issue was reviewed with me again and it was explained how the repair was completed and how to take further care so it wont happen again. Overall the customer service at 1010Computers was professional, beyond exceptional and better than what I have received in a very long time. I make no hesitation making a referral or returning as a customer.

First of all let me begin by saying how grateful i am to 1010 Computers. I had a issue with my cell phone and was unsure about where to get it repaired, while driving by the store my inner voice said to stop there. When i walked into the store i was greeted with a smile and the employee Ms Brandi Jackson was so helpful and knowledge of what the problem was and how to repaired it.She repaired the issue and gave a quick lesson on how to prevent this from happening in the future. A couple of week later, i had an issue with my I-pad. I knew with out a doubt i was going back to 1010 Computers. Once again i was treated great and the tech Mr.Tim had my I-pad repaired within 10 minutes. Words can not express how this place has been a blessing to my in the time of need. I would strongly recommend this place for all of your cell phone and computer need. One of best black own and operated business i know of today. If you dont believe me stop by and experience the excellent service for yourself. Its my prayer that the grace of God would bless 1010 Computers business and its employees as it was a blessing to Me. We had 1010Computers come to our house to install a new computer, including copying files, favorites, and setting up accounts. I am not familiar with Windows 8 and had heard and read horror stories about it. Kendall Jackson installed the new computer in a short time, complete with files, and gave us a crash course in the use of Windows 8. He was very patient and explained everything in laymans terms. We had a pop-up after he left that kept coming back. I called him and he took care of that too. Everyone I talked to at 1010Computers was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again.

Passion + Expertise = Amazing Experience! Before you spend BIG $$$ with a national chain claiming computer repair, call these guys first or at least for a second opinion. I had a 3k laptop sitting collecting dust because I thought all was lost. Not only did the broken compensation get repaired, as well as complete hardware check to ensure all was functioning, they even LITERALLY CLEANED THE PHYSICAL LAPTOP! Serious White Glove service! I was so excited I went home and dug out another broken laptop, again same excellent service, honesty and integrity about their work! Definitely a fan!

So let me start off by saying I live in Cobb County but drove alllll the way to McDonough to get my computer fixed. I dropped my laptop on Friday night and the screen cracked along with case damage. I contacted 1010 Computers on Saturday Morning and they were able to assist me with getting my computer fixed. The customer service is the best Ive experienced. They are always friendly and professional. They are reasonable price and did an amazing job with my computer. I will be going back and would definitely recommend them to anyone need computer services.

Brought in my computer for repair, after letting a "friend" work on my computer that let me down and 1010 gave me the best customer service I have experienced from a small business computer company. Even after getting the computer home, and having issues, their tech came out to the house and connected my devices and re-setup my network and I am very pleased with the service. I am happy to have a computer store right down the street that is this nice and the prices are reasonable.

Went in thinking I had a major problem with my touchscreen computer. The Lady was extremely courteous and took a look at the it right away. She discovered the screen was too dusty and just needed cleaned and didnt charge me. Had I taken to a big box storie, they would have taken the computer in, charged a diagnostic fee, and probably still not fix the problem. Thanks 1010computers.

My old computer died on me and I needed another one. I went by 1010 and they helped me find exactly what I needed. They gave me a new custom built computer that has a 1 year warranty for parts and viruses! I had to jump on that because Ive never heard of a virus warranty! Their customer service is awesome and I felt so comfortable asking questions.
