I am VERY unhappy with this place. Im a college student who is a state away and before i left i needed my phone fixed. I went to this store and they charged a pretty high price. Almost as high as apple and they cant even keep your iphone 7 or 7 plus water proof. Its a complete rip off. 2 weeks after i get my screen done i have constant troubles. My phone will act up and either black out of a part of the screen will stop working but it isnt something that stays the whole time. It cuts on and off. Well living a whole state away now i dont exactly have the time to just run to this store which is hours away when my phone messes up. So while i was home this past weekend i took my phone up there (which showed no problems at the moment) but as a customer who paid $150+ and has complaints they sure didnt help AT ALL. I was told to reset my phone and if that doesnt work then factory reset the phone. Well ive done both and the screen STILL wont work. Now im back at college HOURS away and my phone is messing up. I cant come back for almost a month so thanks Mr. Fix It... youre officially the worst company ive had to deal with.

I came across their Facebook Ad and was SUPER happy that the location was much closer than a different electronics repair place I went to in Buckhead (didnt quite trust the integrity of some of the other places a bit closer). Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. They did a FANTASTIC job fixing my Samsung Mega 6.3 (which is nearly an extinct model of the Galaxy brand lol). Thank Mr. Fix It! Hopefully I wont have to come back for this particular phone, but I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone with cellphone or computer needs. They are amazing!

I went to Mr. Fixit after my daughter destroyed her screen on her iPhone to where it would not come on. This place did a really good job at fixing the phone in a timely matter look like a brand new phone and the customer service was great the pricing was also good. This place is well recommended.

I took an iPhone in to have the screen replaced. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They had a quick turnaround time. The phones screen is replaced and the phone works great again. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.
