I went there on a Monday and found an office chair that I liked with a listed price of $99. When I took it up to the cash register, it rang up as $199. I thought I had mis-read the price tag, but it turned out that the weekend sale price was left on. I didnt expect them to honor the listed price, but they did. Exceeding my expectations is the most effective way at making a loyal customer out of me.

Staples offers everything I need for my business. I was asked if I needed help by no fewer than five sales associates during my 15 minutes of shopping. However, when I got to the checkout line, it took FOREVER because there was only one cashier. I think some of the floor associates should have assisted at the register to help speed customers through.
