This store is only out to cost you money to line their own pockets. They lied about what the account was eligible for in order to get me to sign up for buying a phone in monthly increments. They then conveniently only had an outdated iphone 4 for $400. It has only come to my attention recently just how badly they treated me because at the time I was just grateful to have a phone. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS go to the legitimate sprint store on Washtenaw which is less than 2 miles away.

I went to the Sprint store on Carpenter last month and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. I was really frustrated with my service when I went into the store, but I left feeling satisfied with my visit. After my experience, I was so happy that I went back in the store a week later to upgrade my wifes phone. Dont bother going anywhere else, the store on Carpenter will take care of you.
