Where do I start? I purchased a portable dishwasher from the Sears Outlet in Florence, KY and paid to have it delivered (this was a Monday). I was called the next day to ask about an extended warranty, which I declined, and they said someone would call me soon to let me know when it would be delivered. Okay, I thought, they were on the ball, cool. By Thursday, no call, so I called the store (also talked to the chat online, which was the worst I have ever had). The girl said that the person who does this was not there, they would call me tomorrow (Friday). No call, so about 45 minutes before they closed, I called and finally got the answer that they would deliver Sunday. Gee, Im glad they let me know in advance (bull). They brought the item with 20 minutes of warning instead of the two hours I was supposed to have, luckily I was near home. The item was supposed to be a refurb, but it looked like it had been in a brawl. As long as it works, fine, though they should disclose any cosmetic issues. I ordered an install kit and cord, not realizing that I did not need to, so I chatted again (worthless) and they said that the items must be returned to the same store, not my local Outlet. So, I would have to drive to KY from Dayton, OH to return $30 worth of stuff I dont need. Is this 1990? If I buy at Best Buy, I can return to any Best Buy and so it is for every store that I can think of. Sears needs to get with the modern times, or close up shop. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Sears or their Outlets again, and I am seriously thinking of returning ALL the items to their store and ordering from Best Buy. Not recommended...ever.

Bought a Kenmore washing machine that has a load sensor. Only had the thing for roughly 4 years before the computer sensor failed. Called the 800 number and was told its no longer under warranty. I told them we would never buy another Kenmore washing machine again and that it was ridiculous the machine didnt last but 4 years and their customer service rep didnt even apologize. They just said "Okay, no problem. Goodbye." Like they could care less that their machine is poorly made and they dont have a quality product. EDITED to add: We only do like 2 loads of wash a week. Its just me and my husband here so we have only lightly used the washing machine since weve had it.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online, went to the store. Store would not honor my emailed receipt saying they never received a confirmation. After 3 hours waiting in the store I was forced to cancel my order and wait 3-5 days for a refund. Never going to this store again.

Got a couple good deals but the sales associates were very confusing about warranty issues and return policy. Got a good deal on an appliance but was very confused for a while trying to get a straight answer to whether it had a warranty or not.

Wonderful place to shop! Fantastic deals and the sales people are so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend shopping here. We have saved hundreds of dollars on appliances, mattresses and lawn mowers.

The workers werent very helpful when trying to locate some parts, but they definitely have a decent selection of products. They probably have what you need, just expect to find it yourself.
