I came into a Sprint today, Heloniafai informed me that my current iPhone 6s with Metro battery was burned out. I went back to Metro to see if they would take my phone as an insurance claim, they informed me that because my phone wouldnt come on they couldnt do an insurance claim, and I would have to buy the phone outright. I returned to Sprint, Heloniafai was busy with another customer, but a rep by the name of Kevon opted to assist me. Now I have 2 BRAND NEW IPHONE 7S and sprint covered the lease on one! So thats 2 PHONES FOR THE PRICE OF ONE! Best customer service in Lithonia! Hands down! Thanks guys!

Today was one of the most difficult days, and this Sprint location made it better. Initially, my phone was not working nor was the service, after speaking with the retail team here (Darnell, Heloniafai, Kevon & Chaka) they were able to upgrade my service and fix the signal issues that I thought werent able to be corrected. I even added a tablet to my plan! So if you guys are in search of new service at a great price, I definitely would refer this location! Every rep was well versed when it came to knowledge of all possible discounts and plans as well! 2 thumbs up!!!!!!

I came into the store clueless as to what kind of phone I wanted as mine was very outdated. Kevon came to my aid immediately and was very attentive and knowledgeable of all the phones. He walked me through step by step on using my brand knew iPhone 7 Plus. Excellent customer service and Ill definitely be referring others to this location!!

Today I came in store with the urge to upgrade, I was told over the phone that I wouldnt be able to upgrade until I paid off my current line, Kevon was able to get the fees waived along with my activation fees as well and he got me to switch from android to an apple device! I love my new Rose gold iphone 7plus!!!! Thanks Kevon!

Came in today during the eclipse and Kevon was exceedingly helpful, unfortunately I wasnt prepared to make a purchase today, I will definitely be back this Saturday once I get paid, he informed me of a special event they will be having on Saturday the 26th! See you guys soon!

Came to Sprint because they have the best deal out of all the carriers, by far. Customer service was the best Ive ever received from other phone companies, from the first call and after arriving at the store. Very professional. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Kevon not only helped me troubleshoot my Asurion phone claim, he walked me through the entire process. He then went on to help me with my automobile trouble, he was nice enough to go to Wal-Mart and help me find the correct fluid and even put it in my vehicle! 10! 10! 10!

Someone at this store allowed a person to access my account without having my permission nor being a authorized person on my account. Now that person has upgraded a phone on an account. This is completely unacceptable and you will be hearing from me about it.
