I had to get a 60" LG plasma repaired under warranty and oh, was it a nightmare. I placed the request directly with this shop after submitting the warranty request to LG and getting a reply, instructing to contact a list of shops. This place was on top of the list so I called them and they set up the appointment for diagnosis. Two days later, a technician came by and took some pictures of the video defect. This where the nightmare began. A week goes by and I didnt hear anything from them so I decided to call. I spoke to Curt and he explained to me that they were just waiting for a acceptance of the warranty request and parts shipment. Another week goes by and I tried calling back but this time was met with "The number you have reached is no longer in service..." So, I called LG the next day and explained to them my dilemma.. They expressed their apology and explained to me that service order documents were incomplete from the service provider. I told them what I was told by the service provider and so LG contacted this provider directly to discuss the problem. Apparently, there were a couple of days in there that their phone lines went out of service due to relocation and poor transition of services by Comcast. Together, LG and the service provider came to the conclusion that this service provider didnt have the proper contact information nor process and thereby just stalled the whole thing right from the start. Eventually, they did came by and picked up my television, received the parts, didnt like what they received, reordered parts, and then finally got it right. During this whole process, communication was completely lacking on their part. I always had to initiate communication every time, but it would seem that they were just about to call me just right then as well. Well, at least I hope they finally did fix it right otherwise its going into the trash because its now out of warranty except for the 90 day warranty due to the parts replacements. All in all, the whole process begin on September 13, 2014 and I finally received my working television back on December 10, 2014.

Although it is hard to describe this level of ineptitude in mere words, this is a review of Atlanta Professional Electronics, specifically the father of lies who runs it named Kurt. Many months ago I took in a monitor to be repaired, which Kurt said he could fix by ordering a couple of parts. A month goes by and he finally gets the parts in, only to tell me they dont work, and he has to order more parts "direct from the manufacturer." Two months, three months go by without Kurt calling me once, in spite of his repeated reassurances when I phone in that he will give me updates and that the part will be in "any day now." In the meantime, Kurt has moved his "repair" establishment, and when I go in to retrieve my monitor (knowing he is in no way capable of fixing it) he tells me he has misplaced a couple of the parts from it, but that he will find them and call me so I can pick it up. He never calls. Again I go in a couple weeks later, and he tells me the monitor is completely disassembled, so again I have to go back to get it. Finally I return a third time and pick up my monitor, not only unrepaired, but now bereft of several of its original parts and power supply cord. If you fancy the idea of having your electronics dismantled into a heap of rubbish by a headache inducing liar, Id recommend Atlanta Professional Electronics. If you want your item repaired, take it somewhere else.

This guy Curt has had our 4 business microwaves for almost 9 months! Every time I call about going to get them its always I had to order parts or parts are on back order or he was having trouble testing them. So my boss went to pick 1 up that he said was ready well after he drove all that way it wasnt ready. So my boss seen a new one so he bought it for $500 and only 2 months later it just quit working!!! Beyond frustrated now I call him everyday and it is still the same response , "oh it is having door issues, I had to order parts, parts are on back order " and on and on it goes, a revolving door!!!

Had flat screen for two months and couldnt be bothered to call us with updates on the warranty work. We initiated every call and with each passing day it became more clear that this company is disorganized. We contacted the manufacturer directly and found out that they were not looking for the correct part. We decided to part ways with them and have the manufacturer finish the repair. They returned the TV without our remote.
