I bought my first laptop at Best Buy online and picked up at Turkey Creek. When I got there, I decided to look around. I was looking for a particular cd. The store inventory said they had it. I asked for help and was helped. In the process of the search, I dont think they realized I was standing behind them, they were talking about me. I was not happy. I told them to forget the cd. I went to the counter to pick up my laptop and was asking questions. The "Geek" from Geek Squad was rushing me out the door. He told me that it was set up. I got home was installing the Word and realized that the Spy Ware he told me was activated, wasnt. I started to activate it and laptop shut off and never came on. I had to return the laptop. I explained to the girl working customer service, the spyware was in the process of downloading and I needed another disk, she ignored me! I tried to call the manager because I had to piick up kids. I called 7 times in a ROW and never spoke to a person! When I got home, the spyware wouldnt work. I had to have a new disk. So I called and called and called. No one answered! AGAIN! We had some nasty weather, so I had to wait for 2 days, I went down there AFTER calling and calling. The employees were standing in the front talking while I was calling the store and no one bothered to answer a phone. I complained to the manager on duty and of course, there was a reason. I got the disk and went home to install and it took me 2 and a half days to set this up. I did try to call and get help and no answer. I did call best buy at Town and Country and they did help me. If I had known that this process would have been this painful, I would have went somewhere else. I am so frustrated and disappointed! I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to that Best Buy

I now understand why people would rather stay at home and shop online. I recently purchased a computer from this location, and after waiting for assistance for about 10 minutes I had to approach the two employees sitting down at the computer area to finally help me. After 30 more minutes they finally told me they had to order it and I could pick it up at the store the next week. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, there was an employee that was on the phone and just looked at me dumbfounded until I described what a Desktop computer was on the packing order. After about 45 minutes and two more employees and a manager looked for the computer I left empty handed yet again. After three more days of waiting for the manager to contact me I ended up having to call the store who still had no idea where it was, and I had to call corporate to find out where it was (at the store waiting on me). The calls were made within 5 minutes of each other yet corporate new exactly where it was and the store didnt . Once I arrived at the store another employee hinted that it was my fault for them not getting in contact with me (even after clarifying my email and phone number 3 times with them at time of purchase ). I will buy online from Best Buy ,but I will never shop at this store again. I have never done a review before but I had an awful experience.

I bought a 40 in RCA TV April 2014. Now the TV wont power on. I called the store and told them I bought their extended plan. I was told to bring the tv in and they would replace it. Only to find out they wouldnt! When I bought the plan it was explained that if something happened to the tv within 2 years they would replace it. They left out the part that they would send it off for 3 to 4 weeks to see if it could be fixed leaving me without a tv that long, waiting to see if they could our could not fix it. Only then would it be replaced! They DO NOT explain all that when they sell you their protection plan! Ill take the man that works there advice, I will shop elsewhere! I know for a fact that Walmart will replace it within minutes! They replaced my granddaughters ipad that she dropped and cracked within 5 minutes (she owned it a year and half when it happened) no questions asked, I had a emailed gift card that fast! After years of shopping at Best Buy I WONT shop there again! My sisters were told the same thing! One sister called corporate and they told her it should have been replaced only to change the story minutes later. Before you buy their plan ask questions about it!

Very unfriendly, condescending staff -- I was trying to buy an item for a present and the online system said "in-stock, so I drove over on Monday night. An employee advised me that it was a special sale item that could not be sold until 8AM the following day, and I should arrive at 8 -- first come, first serve. So I did; however, to my surprise, when I arrived at 7:30, they had already passed out tickets to people in line... So, it still wasnt 8AM, but they had already given out all of the tickets. When I asked inside very nicely, everyone was very dismissive, condescending and just rude. They tried to argue with me about the fact that it was listed as in-stock online, that an employee told me to arrive at 8, and so on. What a joke. The worst part is that they said "well have more tomorrow"... I asked for a ticket, and they said that I have to come back the next day in the middle of the night... Give me a break. A friend of mime told me that this store is known for extremely bad customer service... I see why now. Best Buy Turkey Creek -- Zero Stars.

Horrible General Manager!!! I am in complete shock with the lack of professionalism and respect shown to me at this Best Buy by the General Manager, Brian Wark. I was called in for my second job interview with one of the supervisors. My interview went very well as the supervisor kindly offered me the third and final interview. The day I show up for my final interview with Brian the GM, the rep at the front of the store did not know anything about an interview. He communicates with the GM through his headphone and tells me that he is in a conference call, he can see you tomorrow at 4:15. No phone call or apology given. I try to be understanding and accept. Next day I show up and what I thought would never happen again happens! The guy has once again not called to cancel and is in a conference call. No apology. What a waste of my time. I will be filing a formal complaint on this Brian Wark character who in my book goes down as the worst most unprofessional manager Ive ever encountered. I truly hope he gets put in his place.

I have been buying computers for years from best buy. In the last 6 years I have had to buy 3 computers because they have crashed just after the warranty expired, the were all HPs which I will never buy again. Then I went to a different computer with windows 8 which I absolutely, positively and completely hate, more than words can explain, just this week alone I have had geek squad online working on it 4 times and it has been in the store 2 times and is now being worked on again online. I called the store cause at this point I want my money back, but the person I talked to said there was nothing they could do. If the geek squad could not fix it I would have to bring it back to the store. I told him I run a small business and cannot keep going thur this and he said there was nothing they could do but send it off. I have basically bought 4 computers from them in 6 years. I guess I will have to go to someplace else and buy a mac cause the windows 8 is intolerable. I clicked a 1 star cause it wont let me not select a star.
