I have been a REWARD Member since I have lived in this Staples area, 2006, and have been very pleased with the services I had recieved from this particular store in every job services I had requested. I came into this location on Friday, September 5, 2014 to inquire about a job that I needed done no later than Wednesday, September 10, 2014. I was told to bring in my job, which was 30 souvanir booklet in color with the store small binder. I was told that I could bring in my order on Monday, and that it shouldnt take no more than a day to do. I went in on Wednesday afternoon, September10th and I was told that they wold get right on. We picked out the paper and weight, arranged the sheets in the order that they should go, double sided, and was told by the worker that my job would be done in a couple of hours, how shocked to hear this, but was very to hear as well. She also told me that they always compleqte their jobs the same day especially when they are received before 4:00 pm of that day. After a evening mamager came in, he was able to say that the order will be ready for pick up after 10:30, on Thursday morning. Im getting stress now, for i was leaving at 3:00 pm to my 50 year class reunion on Friday, 9-12-14 @ 6:00 pm. I returned to the store around 1:00 pm, and the same young man, manager casually looked around at me and said, " your job is in print and wont be ready for another hour, and brought me a copy that was finished, but in black and white, and out of order as I had it. H e shared that he would not be able to do this job until the next day,( Friday). They quoted me prices unreal, over a 1000. dollars, so I reduced my pages from the booklet, so the manager then said that he would do the job for 475.00, and that itll be ready by 9:00 pm Closing. I agreed. The manager called me back around 5:30 pm to let me know that he cant do the job, because he was short handed and had too many jobs to do, but told me that he can have it done tomorrow, Friday, 9-12-14 same day as my reunion in Mississippi 7 hours driving time. I cried on the phone, to please, please, help me. all he would say to me, I "apologize", which was not helping my situation at all. After seeing that they would not help me I decided to go to pick my job up and hoping that I could make it to KinKos before they closed, when I walked into Kinkos, they were busy with Fed-Ex and jobs for Kinkos, when I spoke to them about my request, the young man immediae asked me what can we help you with, and said, well I dont know, we have a lot of jobs and we are short handed tonight, (two men), Lrt me see what I can do. He wrote up to do 20color booklets and said givre us about two hours. We close at 11:00 pm, well call when its done. He called at 10:40 pm. Now that is Customer Service, Public Service, and standing behind your NAME, as what you tell the Public. Staples had many workers back there, to me, on the phone, peering at the computer, and waiting on other customers while I was standing there. My final observation: They didnt know how to do my job, or they didnt want to do my job. Poor Service!!! .

Not that my review is going to make any difference considering all the other BAD reviews listed. I ordered business and post cards as I have done in the past for same day service. It was after the cut off to get it the same day so I knew I was supposed to receive it next day. I never received notification saying my order was ready as I have in the past so I never bothered to check on it thinking that I will probably get a call the next day. A few days had passed and Id never received a call stating that my order is ready. I placed the order for an event I had that following week so before I went to the event I stopped by Staples to see about picking up my cards. Considering a week had passed for a next day order I figured it would be ready and I could just pick it up. Not only did the lady in the store not be able to find my order she said she will call me back later on that day and I never received the call. Needless to say I did not have the business cards and postcards that I needed for the event and here it is Monday and I still hadnt received a call. So when I called to inquire about my order the lady says my order was ready the next day after ordering!! So basically it was ready at the time was supposed to be ready I just never received notification nor could the lady found it when I went to pick up. I asked for some type of consideration of compensation due to the inconvenience and the store manager says they cant do that since the order was ready! So there you go poor customer service all the way around. I will not be going back to the store for any future purchases nor will I be getting any print jobs done!

Horrible!!!! Went to Staples this evening for a print job. This was the second time I was told by the gentleman working the desk that the computer may not read documents from my jump drive. Funny because whenever anyone else is working there is NEVER an issue. Never got the documents printed because he was working alone with several customers waiting in line for service. What was interesting is that other employees were walking around doing nothing. I finally asked for my jump drive back and took my business to OFFICE DEPOT 30 minutes before 9pm where the staff was more than happy to assist without any excuses. Really disappointed that its so challenging to receive good and timely customer service here....and the excuses "were backed up", "there are a lot of orders today" etc., really makes me never what to return. Please ensure each area is adequately staffed to yield better customer service. Management needs to be all hands on deck to help reduce servicing delays. Also, one of the printers continues to have servicing issues... If your staff is not demonstrating a high degree of interest in printing documents for customer then fix the printer so future customers can print from their jump drives. Just a few suggestions. Ill go to exit 218 Office Deport for my future needs. This undoubtedly is the last time I will patronize this business!!!!

The store employs mindless people to walk around. Not one staff member has been helpful in the last three days I have been here. I came to get a poster printed. When I came back to pick it up, it was creased and rolled with the nice part out. I asked for it to be reprinted because for $15, Im getting what I paid for. I came back an hour or so later like I was told and the "server was down" so it was still unfinished. Then, the third day I came, it was reprinted and creased AGAIN. No apology. No offer to fix it. I refused to pay until it was fixed. After helping ANOTHER CUSTOMER, she says she will reprint it and then answers her PERSONAL phone saying "hey, whats up?" and continues to carry while Im waiting. This store does NOT know how to do business. When I finally asked for a manager and a refund, she gave me a refund and stood over the employees until it was fixed. The printer wasnt plugged in, which was an entirely separate issue. The newly printed poster was of a lesser quality because it came out more blurry. I will not be back!
