I had the worst customer service experience at this Walmart. After moving from out of state and wanting to return a few items, I chose a Walmart close to my area near I20. There was of course a line and I was asked to move to the back of it when I came in and stood next to my gf. I did not argue, I simply moved to the back of the line which by this time had grown to over 6 plus. I had my receipt and items in hand. When it was my turn I was told Id have to wait for someone to come check the headphones and laptop. Next they decided to take it to electronics, which I thought would increase the speed of this which is now going on 20 mins. No biggie, Ill wait. 15 mins later they come back with the items and tell me they cant refund any item. Not the two that were opened nor the one that was unopened. They told me that my receipt was from out of state and that although the items were all in tact and accounted for, they refuse to refund me. In fact, the electronics worker said she would accept the laptop if it had its manual with it (understandable) so she could see what all came in it. As if the box, which tells exactly whats in it, didnt do the job. The Beat headphones she gave no explanation for and started yelling and walked off. In fact, she stated she was getting off and didnt have time for that. I requested a manager and was told to call 1800WALMART!!! This was a cash purchase and they still refused my return.

This Walmart is no friend of Maddog Trucker and his followers on Facebook. There use to be a day when Walmarts were a safe haven last option for Truck Drivers. Now Walmart is becoming public enemy number one against us. Were human. We often need supplies that cannot be purchased at truck stops because some of us stay out for weeks or months at a time to support our country. In fact, some of us need prescriptions, eyewear, and much much more. Sam Walton would disapprove of the lack of respect against Truck Drivers if he were alive today. Fining a Truck Driver $500 for parking on your property is robbery and ludicrous to the third degree. I gladly and successfully went against Yankee Candle Company for denying us access to bathrooms. Truck Drivers received an apology with temporary restrooms installed. Im not afraid to do the same against Walmart. We expect nothing less than an apology. Ill be spending my hard earned dollars else where including canceling my membership to Sams Club. I encourage everyone to do the same and blacklist any company that disrepects the bloodline of America. Walmart wants to put the boot on our trucks then we will return the gesture and boot our support. Some of us are independent which means some of us can refuse to transport your freight. Add that option to the my list as well.

Horrible Customer service they have a man dressed in full make up, nails etc name Dean thats the customer service manager his service is awful..We waited in the line for 40 minutes there was one person at the money center working she was assisting an elderly customer and the transaction acquired some time. I first asked Chandra the Customer Servicer if she could get someone over to assist the young lady I was told there is only a few people in line. I said there is 5 to be exact but the lady is assisting someone and its backing up her line. She was very nasty horrible attitude she said I dont have no one to go over there. At that time Dean is walking up and I ask him the same question can you get someone over to help this young lady at the Moneygram counter with a smirk on his face he says there not enough people in line but well get someone over needless to say we waited 40 minutes and no one ever came over. My last visit there

Mothers Day I went to this store. My first time and Last.The customer service and a few managers were very rude and did not provide any assistance. My phone was stolen in the store. I went to the customer service agent and the Manager Kelly on duty. They were not supportive and the manager had friends or off duty coworkers standing around her chilling and talking. My Mother and I heard the statement "It is not our damn issue" being stated. I even asked to speak with the maintenance workers because I thought it may have been picked up in the bathroom. He was rude and said I could wait an hour to speak to someone because he did not know anything. He then shrugged his shoulders and walked off while we were talking. There were a two ladies that were nice and empathetic to the situation and offered whatever support they could. I live an hour away and was just visiting my aunt for Mothers Day!

Very sad how your store choose to treat Truck drivers. Should be ashamed in how you handle truck that come to wal mart and Im sure most spend money trying to eat well, cloth our body, gifts for our families that we miss dearly from having to be far away to fill your shelves and so many other whare houses. Im sure your management takes into account our safety and how most of us use wal mart for many reasons like keeping safe just one of many reasons. I realize some drivers are not clean. Most of us professional drives send our apology. Im must say I been in your parking lot several times and seen far worse in your lot . condoms YUK!! CUSTOMERS THAT THROW NASTY diapers IN LOST AND MUCH MORE TRASH. BUT YET YOU BAN TRUCKS. VERY SAD. HOPE YOUR STAFF ARE PROUD OF THEM SELF FOR CHARGING $500.00 TO A TRUCK DRIVER

If I could give a rating less than this I would. I called this location to make sure an item I wanted to purchase was in stock. I called ahead because there have been times it showed in stock online only for me to travel there and they didnt have it . The representative who answered was very rude and unprofessional. I gave her the information from the website and her response was " we dont have it o wait I guess we do". I then asked to be transferred to the department in which the item is listed. I was placed on hold and 5 minutes later this same lady picks up. She put me on hold again and then the call returned to her a few minutes later. This time when she picked up she didnt say anything to me she just hung up the phone. I wont be shopping here going forward.

This review is an update this location has improved recently. The bathrooms have been remodeled and are kept clean. The store has been restructured internally with wider aisles, better lighting and improved product placing {they moved some departments for better access }. The store still has a large grocery area it now has better lighting so you can see the names of products and they also have more cashiers. My only gripe is that the back of the store such as fabric dept. , paint dept. or bath dept. needs to have someone close by if anyone needs assistance. I had a store associate call for assistance for me in fabric and I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. I made my other purchase but will choose somewhere else for my fabric or paint.
