Hi my name is Priscillia Manns , I came into the local Verizon dealership to purchase a new phone.I purchased the new Droid turbo 2. I spoke with a lady associate and she was very helpful .She sold me the phone and was very patient with me on using the phone .She explained how the phone worked and how to use it .She was very helpful and very knowledgeable in her position with the company .Upon returning to the store for a second time she was very courteous and helped me to see my wrong doing .She patiently reviewed my old phone and transferred my pictures and contacts to the new phone .Upon realizing I had not purchased a protector or case for it , she explained the need for both and made a complete sale to me .She then proceeded to install the protector and case for me .This was a very enjoyable experience for me .There was no waiting , she was very courteous and polite.After the experience today and the wonderful service I received , I would recommend that all my friends and family to switch to Verizon.Thank you for having associates that are a pleasure to do business with . I am a senior citizen who has been searching to upgrade my phone. A friend told me about Verizons variety of free phones so I searched the internet. I was a little nervous as my experience was very limited but when I walked into the store I was greeted by Angela who sat down and listened to all my requests and concerns. She explained everything and wrote it down on a form I could understand so I could think about it overnight. I knew then I would return and I did the next day and the phone was already charged and ready to go. The free promotional plan was my goal and Angela was very kind and took time to explain everything while her associate made the connections in my car. Since then I have made a few return visits to the store for some adjustments and tips and I am always met with a big hello and my needs are met. I also learn even more fantastic things about my Stylo 2 so I just wanted to share how happy I am with Angela, her team and Verizon.

I originally came into this store because I was in the area and was considering an upgrade. Angela and Ivan have both assisted me at different times and they are amazing! I have never experienced anyone that will go so above and beyond to give me the absolute best experience that I could have. Angela worked on my account until she came up with a better deal than had been quoted by Verizon cutomer service via phone. It was over $100 less! She is straight forward, honest, and fast! She put me in a great phone that I hadnt actually considered...but absolutely love! I even came back and got one for my son who is 21yrs old, and he loves it as well. She also set us up with a great deal on a tablet. I ended up making money with a rebate. I live 2 towns away, approximately 30 miles, and I always drive the extra mile to come to this Verizon location. They go the extra mile for me! I recommend this store all the time!

When I came from AT&T I thought the transition was going to be a headache. When I came in the guy that worked with us was eager and genuinely wanted to help. He sold the brand, the phone, and himself as a professional. Before even jumping into the price talks, he took the time to get to know everyone in my party and didnt rush us or make us feel like we were being given the run around. He asked questions like what do we use our phones for? How hard are you on your phones? Questions that made me think that he was going to point us in the right direction when the time came to pick a phone. We picked our phones and got a great deal and experience in the store. Not only did we find our new phone provider but we found our new and only Verizon rep. Will travel the extra 20 miles for that kind of service.

Ive never been more impressed with a person with a servants heart. I was at Walgreens and Im not even from corbin ky and I was needing something printed off and Walgreens wasnt able to do it. Without even asking if I was a Verizon customer the young man approached me and said he could help me. So I followed him to his store and he helped me print my hotel reservations off. He also told me about several good promotions going on if I ever got ready to switch providers. Point being. The young man didnt know me and still offered his help to a complete strangers and while he was off the clock. Kudos to this store for employing such a selfless young man.

I recently switched my cellular service to Verizon and there is no comparison when it comes to customer satisfaction and service. Angela has went to great lengths to make sure that me and my family have been happy with our recent phone purchases. Ive been having trouble with a phone that I recently purchased but Im at peace because Angela has reassured me that her and the rest of the staff at Verizion want their customers to be happy. I believe this so if youre thinking about switching to Verizion, you have nothing to lose but so much to gain. Thanks Angela, so far so good with the phone. Im hoping the third time is the charm!

Angela is awesome she goes above and beyond to help me every time I have a problem!! I just waited 2 weeks for help with my phone cause NOBODY in the Corbin store would give 10 minutes of their time to actually listen to the problem I was having with the phone all I got was plug it up to a computer and go to iTunes. Well that wasnt the problem Angela gave her time and listen to what I was saying and tried to help me and come to find out I have to go to a Apple Store. Wish other employees there were that helpful!! Thank you Angela for your help and kindness and as long as you are employed there Ill stay a Verizon customer!!!

I went there to get my daughter a new SIM card, they gave me one thats not compatible with her phone. They told me that the SIM card is non-refundable. I would have to buy a new one. I already paid for the first one. Called the verizon company they say I should have not been charged in the first place. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS STORE. They dont hold up to the policys and guarantee that Verizon wireless does. Verizon says there not one of there stores. The main Verizon store is in Knoxville. I was told to go there to get a SIM card. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. They shouldnt be allowed to sell Verizon products.

The young lady was always so helpful at Verizon. She has helped me with questions before, so I knew who to go to when I needed feedback and an honest opinion on the pixel phone. I had done my research, but I wanted to know what she had heard and experienced regarding the phone. As usual, I left very satisfied. She got the display down and got one out of the box so I could take pictures myself on the phone. I liked the quick, crisp, detailed pictures on the phone. She took the time to make sure I understood the red tape and that all my data had transferred. I left a satisfied, happy customer.
