My roommate and I went in today to put another line on his plan because my contract was ending. We went in to get a phone for me, and we were joking back and forth with each other. The service rep we were greeted by was knowledgeable, but quickly took our silly banter so seriously that he almost seemed to reprimand me for things out of my control. To explain: Im in a wheelchair. I have a phone so that I can call my housemates to help me do things like get into / out of the bathtub and from place to place where I cannot access it myself. I joked about dropping my phone in the tub (mind you, I have to call someone to help me get OUT of the tub), and was reprimanded and shamed by the representative. This happened a few more times with things like dropping my phone (which is bound to happen when the option is falling over or dropping the cellular device). Dont go in and expect your banter to be taken as such, and dont expect the service members to think very far ahead. They like to rush and steamroll you. For a commission salesperson, I was surprised that he shrugged off all my attempts to choose a phone other than the s6, and I was very unhappy with his obvious ignoring of nearly everything I said, including my request to set up my own phone. (I never put my full name on my cellular device, for instance, but I wasnt given an option.) Good place to get tech. Bad place to get anything if youre not exactly in line with how your service rep wants you to act.

I am Christy Hitt, Rudolfo Martinez and I have been coming to Verizon now for almost 9 years because Matt had taken so much time to care for us in our switch from Sprint. Since then we have grown with 7 on our account with kids and family. Joe, Matt and Mike are all so amazing to get what you need done and to take care of it right away. I have recommended many people to this store and will continue to because of the wonderful service they have provided us with, I refuse to go to any other Verizon store because it is not the same and the service is not 100% like they give you here.

I always receive great customer service from the staff at this Verizon retailer. Matt, Kevin and Joe go above and beyond to take care of the customer and answer questions. I have had three visits to this store in the past 10 days and was given superior customer service all three times, even when they were experiencing issues with their network and computers. This is a very knowledgeable staff and why I am a dedicated Verizon customer.

The service of everyone here, especially Joe Hamp, is always top notch, they go above and beyond the normal sales experience to look at our whole cellular usage and needs, to recommend whats best for us. Store associates lie and take advantage of college students. They lied and took my sisters 6plus and gave her next to nothing for it. Meanwhile, they lied to me to get an authorization for an upgrade under false pretenses. She was told the new phone would add $11 based on her trade-in but actually added $37!!! Do not trust anything they tell you. I have filed a complaint with Verizon Wireless.

There Aftermarket Chargers are junk . At the time of purchase they said if we have issues with charger to just bring in and they will replace. After waiting in there understaffed store for 45 minutes to talk to someone they told me they dont warranty it. Complete waste of time. Never again will me or my business give them one penny of our money.

This place is a terrible place to go. They miss represent their products and dont back them up. I bought a phone charger 20 days ago and it already doesnt work. They wont reimburse me my money or give me a new one. Say they will turn it into the company. It says it is fast to charge and it is very slow. Terrible service.

I live in Lansing and I always make the trip to this jackson store just because of how extremely helpful and kind the workers always are. Today Louis Diana helped me get the new iphone7 plus and he transferred over all my stuff quicky and efficiently! He also showed me a cool band. Thanks guys!

I had a fabulous experience with Sherman, the sales rep at this store. All the reps there are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. With Shermans help, I moved all my lines from Sprint to Verizon, and Im so happy I did. Go see Sherman, you wont be disappointed!
