The manager is not a understanding person all she did was tell me I was wrong I bought a product from them that states is proper for what I wanted to use it for ( pond allege ) we were promised it would not hurt the fish well 10 died the worst part of all all I wanted was help and she couldnt stop telling me it was my fault even tho in the middle of conversation she changed her story about what she told me. But this is just my experience with them

Some of the staff if helpful, but not inviting. The girl at the register that is pregnant gave me dirty looks when my card only accepted partial payment. Then when I gave her cash for the rest and told her to keep the change, she didnt even say thank you or have a nice day. If I wasnt going to Angelinas pizza right after that, I wouldve taken the time to chew her out.

Every employee we come across at this store has been super helpful. It is so nice having an employee seek us out and ask if we need help as opposed to having to find help. One employee could be a bit nicer, Christine, maybe she was having a bad day.

They have a large selection of high quality dog and cat food, and a rewards program. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My dog loves the attention he gets every time he goes in there with me.
