They were so friendly and helpful here! A year ago I ended up finding a dog and taking him in, hes now a member of our family! I think everyone working pitched in to help us gather everything we needed and also put up a sign incase someone came looking for him. They worked to help me find the best deal and even helped with getting some coupons! This little guy was definitely an unexpected expense but Pet Supermarket really went above and beyond to help in every way they could. We continue to come here for all of our pet needs.

Staff here is so friendly and helpful. Someone is always neat by and available to answer questions or help with merchandise. Its very clean, organized, and well stocked. The environment is enjoyable and not chaotic or too noisy. And they have a great new rewards program in addition to buy 10 bags of the same size get one free! You have to sign up in the store. They coupon is mailed to you directly. Great savings coupons in the mail too!

Great sales on Fur baby treats, and EXCELLENT selection of products: grain free and holistic. Impeccable natural options for supplements and grooming! Staff leaves MUCH to be desired! They seem to be having personal social hour- no matter what the hour, and assisting customers is a huge inconvenience. Staff has ZERO knowledge of the stock. Shop for what you need and know...hopefully, it has not been randomly discontinued.

Love that I can get my Science Diet without heading to Orange Park or the St. Johns Town Center. The staff is always helpful and courteous. They have a great variety of pets to adopt. Good selection of cat toys as well. Our little Nutmeg seems to get bored quick with different toys so we are always on the lookout for the next toy and Pet Supermarket never lets us down.

Just another pet store Kind of an awkward layout - the isles are really narrow and you can barely lift a container of cat litter into a cart because of how little space there is. The fish/aquarium section isnt great, a lot of the aquatic animals dont look too happy. I like the register setup and the employees though, theyre always really nice.

Pet Supermarket is stepping up the quality of the products they carry (like Stella and Chewy, Taste of the Wild for dogs and b.f.f for cats). Exceptional customer service from Asst. Manager Joy. She made sure I was happy. Clean store, friendly staff and competitive prices.

On May 21st 2016, I was double charged for some food for a total of $74.88. It has been 3 weeks and the store has still not refunded me the money! They have called and given me a run around with no solutions!

The staff is always friendly here. They are the only pet store in town that carry the small/toy breed puppy food by science diet. The prices are often times the same or cheaper than PetSmart and PetCo.
