Horrible Hottinle. I got a 2005 Lexus there less than 30 days ago. Since I left the lot Ive had nothing but issues with the car. I call almost every day to get the car fixed and I keep getting the runaround. People say that they going to order things like my car needs tires the tires horrible on the car heinformed their mechanic that there were many repairs that need to be done on the car. They told him that they were going to fix the sway bar link bushings and they did not fix anything. My mechanic didnt look or check to see if the work was done afterwards because he waitedwow they fix the car supposedly and thought that since he waited that they would actually fix what needed to be fixed. So my car kept being tossed around when I hit bumps when I drive over 65 the car is shaking.I dont feel safe in the car. So I was calling every day to speak with Christina and she never returns phone calls. And now the owner is away on vacation. And no one is trying to help me. Theyre saying these things are not covered under the lemon law but I know that they are. Also even if they werent covered under the lemon law they promised that they fix these things prior to me purchasing the car. Now Im stuck with the car payment and so many repairs over $1200 worth of repairsand it hasnt even been 30 days yet. Do not buy purges finance anything from this dealership. Go to a legit dealership. Every time I calleveryone seems annoyed but I always say put yourself in my shoes Im driving in an unsafe car. And things will promise to me that werent done. And I just put down $1100 already on this car to finance it and now I would have to put out more money to fix it.if I wouldve known that all of these repairs had to be done on this car I would have never purchased the car.

I had a really good experience with this dealership. I got saddled with the responsibility of an extremely expensive loan (negative equity from the previous vehicle) attached to a comparatively inexpensive car in the process of a divorce. Trying to get rid of it was a complete nightmare, and I visited a couple of dealerships that left a bad taste in my mouth. I dealt primarily with Ben and Eric, who were very friendly to me during the entire process. They quoted me a single figure for the value of my trade-in, and stuck to that figure. Ben asked my questions about what I needed in a car, actually listened to my answers, and then made every effort to only show me cars that he thought would be a good fit for me. Some places will walk you around and show you cars that are far out of your price point, but not these guys. It was nice not to have to turn down a bunch of ridiculousness. I did all the paperwork with Eric that same day, and the only thing that made the process even remotely lengthy was the time I took to walk around the lot and look at the stock. Ben gave me an estimate of 3 days to get the car ready, and actually called me on day 2 to keep me updated on the process. They also went to a lot of trouble with the DMV on my behalf, for which I am extremely grateful. At this point, Id buy a car from these guys again. I walked in with a complicated set of circumstances, and they handled everything really well. The entire buying process was quick and easy. Ive taken longer to shop for clothing. Time will tell whether or not the car itself is a reliable machine, but right now Im very happy with the experience.

I went to off lease autosales a few weeks back hoping that I would drive out with a car that day and I sure did! Nathen took very good care of me he was very pleasant and helpful. I have been to a few dealerships and I was turned down for financing, but Nathen did everything he can to help me out with getting approved, he even got me a better insurance quote than I got prior. As far as the car I went in and was interested in a Audi A6 that I could have purchased but when Nathen recommended and showed me the 2007 Audi A4, I fell in love and its been amazing, excellent on gas being that it is a 4 cylinder. Once again Nathen thank you very much for your help and your professional exceptional service! I will make sure to recommend all of my family and friends to see you for their car needs!! Gd Bless!!

Lets start with the WORST customer service ever. I found a vehicle online from this dealership and my bank sent them a check and they cashed it immediately without me signing a purchase agreement. I was told multiple times that my vehicle would be ready and after three weeks of being lied to by multiple salesmen and the owner Eric. I had had enough and had to fight with them to get the illegally cashed check refunded. When my lawyer called them they pretended that they had never even heard of me. This "dealership" has the WORST, most unprofessional, unethical and incompetent salespeople in the world.

This is the worst sales experience ive ever had. The customer service was the worst. I spoke to two sales reps, Joe and Christina and i had the worst experience. I gave up on joe first because of rudeness and requested another sales rep. Christina, acted to be so busy by never returning calls or even taking a pictire of car for me . So i spoke with sales manager, Nathan, who was even worse. They dont want to sell cars. They are good at being rude and incompetent . I had check ready and had to back out.

They sold me a piece of s*** car n once i got it they couldnt even offer to fill my tank up and plus their mechanic dont give a crap about fixin what needed to be fixed... all they care about is getting money even tho i had a nice experience with one of the sales rep shes was the only latina there and like were both latinos she really helped me out and after i got lucky but trust me they have great lookin cars but its not worth travelin all the way over there if not go at ur own risk.

I had a wonder experience at off lease auto sale my sales people are Christina/ Nathaniel they were great I would always recommend them to you if your looking to buy a car!!! B4 I took my car they serviced the car as they promised and I was so happy.! If your looking to buy a car looked them up and stop buy all there staff was excellent... Joseph witch is a sales person was very help full every time I called in!!! I am a very happy customer right now with my new BMW M3!!!!

By far the worst experience we ever had when buying a car. The car they sold is was complete trash and it took them a year to repair. Even after they repaired it it was never the same. In fact it took them 1 month to register the vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to do business with these people. Their bunch of liars and sell you junkers. Trust me God dont like ugly so theyre gonna get theres.
